Very helpful, great service, and tasty, fresh sandwiches. Google says this location is temporarily closed. Wrong! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area of this store or shopping nearby.

Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs! If you are shopping at the Walmart and want Subway, just make the drive down to the one in front of Lowe's, or head over to Coldwater Road. This place is extremely unclean, the food isn't fresh, the employees are short staffed and not well trained. It's dirty and gross like the other Subway locations inside Fort Wayne Walmart stores. If you don't want food borne illness and possibly even COVID-19, go elsewhere!

The Experience at this Subway was awesome due to an employee named Tim! His personality represents subway better than anyone I have ever had in the past at subway. His Humour was displayed in entertaining way making HIM A TRUE SANDWICH ARTIST! His enthusiasm should be appreciated by the company and hopefully others can follow in his footsteps of making a customer feel that welcomed. Thank you Tim!

Got a sub, pretty fast and done really good. It seems that they got a new employee who is really fun and entertaining. He asked me if I enjoyed my sandwich after finishing up which surprised me. Really good service and very satisfied.

I have been going to this Subway for a year after my shopping for dinner and never have I gotten such great quality service. The new employee they hired that was wearing a bandana is just outstanding. Not only was he fast at making the sub, it was clean and pleasing to look at. Almost like there advertisements, and tasted wonderful. He was also entertaining and made sure you didn't leave without laughing. If that wasn't enough, he made sure to clean the tables as soon as people finished up and left which made me feel really good about eating inside the store. Such talent, hard work, and dedication is really hard to find these days. I cant wait to come in and eat here next time I go shopping.

I called to do an order over the phone and I was told to do it online when I explained I couldn't use my coupon to order online she was glad to go ahead and take my order over the phone. She was very professional and food was ready when I arrived. Thank you so much. I should have gotten your name

In the last month they have hired several new employees each one of them more incompetent than the last. We went one day and waited in line for 30 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us and the guy did not know how to make the tuna and then preceded to spread the tuna with his fingers instead of using the handle of the spoon. Another time we went we waited 25 minutes and there was nobody else in line, The one girl was talking about how she wanted to drop kick a customer and said that if he arrived at the store that night that she would just tell him it was closed. The other girl did not know how many scoops of tuna were on the sandwich and ended up giving me two scoops for a footlong and hardly any ingredients. My husband got a salad and the girl didn’t even ask if he wanted to meat heated. She didn't know what bowl was needed to put the salad in and didn’t know how to make it.This Subway has gone really downhill with the new hires, there is a poor lack of training for each of these individuals and the customer service is very poor. There is never a manager on site or anyone who has any more than a month of experience especially in the evenings when they are the busiest. I will not be returning to this SUBWAY®

The sandwich was good but the choices were limited. They were out of American cheese, ALL bread except for Italian and wheat, sprite, NAPKINS, and I didn't get a receipt because the printer was broke. The staff was friendly. They need someone else to manage inventory! Maybe buy a roll of paper towels... I mean its inside a Wal-Mart. ?? I would have shared a pic but my hands were to messy.

I used to love this place when they first opened. The subs are great when there used to be competent staff. However most of the time the service is horrible now!! High school kids all standing around like they are half in a daze with no training and there is no leadership. Where are the adult managers supervising these kids?! Hire some adults to lead these kids for goodness sake! Today my husband and I went in and got in line. There were about 4 kids working and 6 customers (including us). The people before us apparently were waiting a very long time and were sitting down. The other two people were asking for refunds because their orders wrong and were taking a super long time.The irritated adults ahead of us said out loud to them, "The service here is horrible!", "You guys suck!", and "Where is the manager?!". The kids just looked at each other. My husband and I just left and went someplace else. The biggest issue is that if they are that terrible at customer service, are they sanitizing the meat slicers and storing food properly?? I am not about to get food poisoning! This place will be out of business soon if nothing is done about it. I hope no one gets sick.

Advertise that they open till 10 they have been closing at 8 at night for a month because they don't feel like working total BS also went in the next day to ask to talk to a manager was told they did not have one the young lady called the district manager she refused to talk to me said to get my name and number she would call me the next Day very unprofessional obviously the problem with this store is the management

I can see why Subway is closing some of their locations. Lets just hope it includes the one here at Walmart on Dupont and Lima, cause im tired of the crappy service. they are always under staffed, like today. Always out of things like pop, cups, lids, wraps, bread. . Last time we left and went to Arbys, today I just didnt get anything cause again, they was out of the wrap I wanted and they only had 1 employee working during Saturday lunch, so we waited and waitedwaited only to find out I couldnt order what I wanted.
