Ordered delivery and it said my order will arrive tomorrow at 4am. They’re not open until 9am. Called to ask about it and employees were no help. Couldn’t cancel my order and had to go through doordash customer support to do so (when I ordered off their website, mind you.) Didn’t pick up when I called back looking for a refund. Essentially took my money and ran. I want my $50 back.

Just know that when you order Subway for Delivery, all this shop does is make the sandwiches in your order then slap it on the table for doordash. no sides, chips, drinks... none of that makes it to your driver. This is twice now this place has done this - this specific Subway. Whoever that manager is, she don't care about anything. And to boot, only 2 out of 7 of my choices for my sandwich were added to the sandwich. So that's super cool as well. This place sucks.

In what reality does it take literally 7 minutes to get a cup of cheese. They left us sitting for some 7 odd minutes *for a cup of cheese*. Worse than that, it wasn't even hot. I literally cannot understand how it takes 7 minutes to hand someone out a cup of cold cheese when nobody else is in the drive-thru and you have maybe 2 customers inside. Not to mention the $30 price tag for 2. Not going back any time soon.
