Today I had a bad experience at this Subway on Scott and Illinois Rds. I walked in with a coupon for three foot long subs for $17.99. The manager, Dawn, took my order and when she heard it was 3 foot long subs she gave me an undeniable dirty look. The 3 subs were all the same meat and cheese and toasted but she told another employee she had a "complicated" order. She huffed and puffed without a smile just to add a few veggies to the subs. She whispered something with her back to me to another employee who showed up from the back kitchen eventually. I got pepperoni on one of the subs, which I know is extra, but just some simple veggies on these oven roasted turkey subs. She took my coupon and scanned it but I believe she erased the discount after she scanned it because I asked if I could have the senior discount. I have gotten the senior discount there recently with another employee. I wasn't demanding or rude. She advised me it would be $25 and some change. How she rang it up at $25 from $17.99, a dollar extra for pepperoni, and tax is beyond me. I questioned it and asked if she was the manager. She started to get nervous and said she was and she would try it again. This time the amount came out to $21 and some change. There were 3 workers there today, including her, and none of them greeted me, smiled at me, or showed good customer service. They don't want to be there and they can't be bothered. Maybe when a lot of people stop coming in, they can just sit around and talk to each other while they eat their free subs for lunch! Can a district manager please hire a couple of managers with good work ethics and customer service skills who know how to lead a store by example with fairness and discipline when needed, who are mature enough and care enough to make this a great choice to go to for lunch? I sure hope so!!!

Ordered a steak and cheese not toasted. These idiots gave me my sandwich completely cold. If i wanted a cold meat sandwhich that’s what i would’ve ordered. Slowest subway I’ve been too I’ll never go here

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the closest subway to us but I'm going to start driving out of my way to avoid this location. The past few times we have gone they NEVER get our order right. No one there seems to know how to make a sandwich, just yesterday the kid tried to put lettuce on one section of the sandwich instead of the length and got an attitude when I asked if he could please spread lettuce over the entirety of the sandwich. The time prior to this visit the lady dropped half my sandwich on the ground and proceeded to and it to me as the ingredients were on the ground. I don't I'd rest and why no one can seem to do their job OR be friendly here??!!! I'm so sick of wanting a nice sun sandwich and wasting my money on shit food. Subway is not cheap either?!

Makes me wonder if anyone even works here. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes with no greeting so i went inside and realized how under qualified the staff is. Not a difficult job by any means but these employees make sandwich making seem like its trigonometry.

I put in an order on the app and picked it up. Everything about the sandwich was wrong. I was emailed a survey which I filled out. Then I received an email from Paul Miller who apologized and asked me for my address to send me some coupons to "make it right." I sent it to him and never got the coupons. A month later I emailed again to let him know I didn't get the coupons and asked for a refund instead and he didn't even reply. So if you get your order wrong and they offer to send you coupons to make it right, just tell them "no thanks, I'd like a refund because I know you won't send the coupons."
