I ordered delivery through the SUBWAY® app and did not receive my drink, I called the restaurant and the employee stated she forgot to give the delivery guy my drink. I asked what does that mean meaning would I be compensated a free sandwich or something. She handed the phone to JJ another employee he stated it wasn't their fault that the delivery driver forgot my drink even though the employee stayed she did not give him a drink at all. JJ was very rude , I asked him to speak to a manager because he stated the delivery driver would have to come back to get my drink or I could send someone else to get it. Like what's the point of delivery if I can't get everything that I paid for. He had terrible customer service did not offer to compensate or anything. He gave me the managers name which is Tia. Hopefully when I stop in she will be much more accommodating. I will never order again from this place.

Ordered a foot long tuna sub, basically got a bread and lettuce foot long, " some" tuna as a condiment, five little olive slices, six onion pieces, touch of sweet onion sauce, I ate the little goodies out of the bread with a fork, there was plenty of bread left for another sandwich!

Fresh bread makes this subway awesome. Out of soup, but we stopped for a late dinner. Employee offered to make a special batch tomorrow morning. We will be going back.

The nacho chicken sub was absolutely disgusting. It had hardly any chicken in it and it did not look anything like the picture. The girl behind the counter said too bad she made it just like she was told.

Had such a horrible experience. The food was old. Lettuce was rusty. Veggies were old and looked spoiled. Chicken was not cooked sufficiently. Bread was old and stale most
Likely from Night before as it was right upon opening. Worker kept us waiting for over 20 minutes while she was arguing on the phone with someone. Worker was dirty. Tried to return the sandwiches and that was another ordeal all together. Waited another 20 minutes for that but needed to leave. And while we were waiting I saw bugs on the food. Needless to say we didn’t get the refund although we had the sandwiches in hand. I will never eat here and I advise you to not eat here. Waste of $25. The store so horrible that I reported them to the health department.

Highly understaffed. Person making our sandwiches wasn't listening to what we asked and gave too little veggies. They also poured way too much vinaigrette on our 2nd sandwich. Sandwich wasn't edible.

The young man who took care of us was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the product and made suggestions if we hesitated. Would like to clone him for other restaurants. As far as atmosphere, it's a Subway. It was clean! What more do you want! We were there at 9 pm.

******HORRIBLE SERVICE********
Employees making sandwiches had the attitude of not wanting to be there. Their attitude bled over to not making sandwiches the way they wer asked. When I asked what her name was she turned her head and ignored me. I left 1 star for service only because it wouldn't let me leave 0. HORRIBLE SERVICE.....
