I ordered online to pickup my order. I paid for extra pepper jack cheese on my footlong teriyaki. They put American cheese on the sandwich. I tried reaching out to ask if they could do something to compensate for the extra cheese I paid for but removed from my sandwich as American cheese is imo gross and ruined the sandwich. I didn’t finish the sandwich but only asked for compensation on the extra cheese. The sandwich was supposed to be toasted but the chicken was still cold in the middle. When you’re pregnant all cold meats HAVE to be heated. They responded saying they will let the team know. Like that doesn’t help the fact that you ruined a pregnant ladies cravings lol like cmon man I just wanted $2 off my next sub or something but nahhh it’s cool. Won’t be going here for lunch anymore.

I always order the steak and cheese when I go here, the young people are pleasant, however the amount of steak they use makes the sandwich almost all bread, they definitely need to add more steak to the sandwich!

Used to come in this subway atleast 3 times a week. Noticed a decline in the atmosphere and customer service so I started ordering online, until that declined. The manager has a horrible attitude, everyday, all day and it appears that her negative attitude has taken the place over. Who knew something so simple as a made to order sub could make someone so angry. Don't even bother coming here during the day, unless you enjoy negativity, and slow service.

December 29th, 12:30, the First Lady that started my sandwich was very polite. The Second Lady wearing glasses was a absolute rude unhappy person. She acts as if her job is the end of the world. She couldn’t even look up at me, she kept asking after every single thing I wanted on my sandwich “is that it” it was very annoying. Last time I was in here she was literally cussing at the other worker, making it take way longer for my sandwich to get completed. The lady in glasses is the type of worker that will make these places loose business. She had no name tag but she is not a good employee.

The service here is garbage! Took over 15 for 1 sandwich that was not toasted. There was one person in front of me and were done withing 3 mins when I pulled up. I watched him and he did everything but finished my order.

All I can say is wow ! No patience is the word. While picking my preferences I felt rushed . I was the only one in the line I didn’t see what was the rush by the employee attending to me. Here come the interesting part . While paying for my order the employee serving me while on her phone not paying attention to what I was telling her to add chips and drink. I almost left the sandwich but I was hungry. Great customer service does not hurt .

Went in and got 2 footlongs. Both chicken bacon ranch. Nothing special on them at all! For 2 footlongs they charged me $34.32 with tax! $16 per sandwich?! That's insane!!!!! Will never go back to Subway again! He never told me a total of order. I just happened to look at my bank account and saw the stupid high price!
