I am a charter bus driver. Had a group of 12 that wanted subway for dinner. When we arrived there were 2 employees in the store. As the group and myself walked in, the one employee said hell no and she walked out. The employee that was left, Chris, was great. He took all the orders and makes the sandwiches quickly. He mad it look easy.

I walked into the Goshen Ave Subway at 8:15pm (Google states 10:00am - 9:00pm on cell phone) and there were 2 employees by the back of restaurant talking. They told me that they were closed. As I walked out, saw the sign of hours at front door that said 10:00am - 9:00pm. If you're closed then lock the door, turn off dining room and "Open" light off. Apparently these employees don't want to do any more work and probably just waiting to clock out at 9:00pm. Franchise owner might want to look into this.

Use to be good years ago. Like 1994-2001 maybe. Use to have really killer subs. Not sure what happened to this chain over the years. Not good like they use to be. Skimpy meats, bread is half heartedly ready for mold sometimes. Ready to turn! ewww. I am just not liking it like I did when I was younger. Use to have more meat, better meat, a real sub shop experience. Now it's crap.

Worst subway in town. There are some amazing, quality food, quality staff subways in FW and this isn’t it. Ordered a salad, had to pick off all this nasty spinach that should’ve never been served to me. They don’t even know how to make a salad, none of my vegetables were chopped. What is going on at this store.

The sandwich artist was quick at getting the sandwiches done. But she made two sandwiches for two different people without changing gloves, could cause problems with customers if the wrong person happens to be allergic to something or flavors getting mixed.

As an employee for Subway stopping in here was my last hope for Subway. I was going to go back to work for them but after seeing this I no longer have hope I hope you and the CEO and take care of what happens behind the scenes very disrespectful staff unprofessional and downright foul-mouthed

My sandwich was made well-- until the sandwich maker squeezed a lot of the southwest chipotle sauce on it, after I specifically told her 2 thin stripes of sauce. Made the sandwich a goopy mess.

This Subway is filthy and the staff are not trained well at all, I asked them to make a meatball sub and they looked to me for instruction. I don't review restaurants usually, but this Subway is by far the worst I have ever experienced and I can't imagine how bad they are at cleanup in the back if they aren't even trained properly to serve customers up front. I would avoid this Subway at all costs.

I would give give it a 0 or worse if I could. Henry was overly rude and couldn't get a sandwich made in 5 minutes. It was a terrible experience and Tiffany his manager should teach him how to be professional.

By far the worst and slowest fast food/ Subway experience I've ever encountered. Henry was very unprofessional and got very overwhelmed by the online order we placed 20 minutes before arriving. Needless to say it hadn't even been started when we arrived. He also made several rude comments about customers and could not have worked any slower. I would choose a different restaurant altogether before going to this Subway.

Visited on 8/28. Everyone gets overwhelmed, or has a bad day. The poor kid working BY HIMSELF during normally busy dinner hours needs to clean up his mouth. After waiting for 20 minutes to place an order, listening to him curse in front of, and directly to 2 families, repeatedly, I was a little over it but stayed patient. My turn in line to hear him say things like, and I quote :"Customers are a**holes" "this is B.S." and several other colorful, but not educated language pairings. Do yourselves a favor, and hire people who don't try to create rapport with customers by calling others foul names.
