This subway is the worst subway in the whole fort wayne watched me freeze outside there I thought they were spouse to be open at 9 just cause of this I'm switching over to Jimmy's.

Order sandwich with Tuna on Sunday but received 2 pieces of bread with different meat on each parts (one piece has turkey and one other has I don’t know if it’s chicken or what). Go back in the location with order and receipt, Requested refund but this people playing game with me until did not receive refund. After days, I received a replacement order from Subway on the same location. But the customer service is not good enough.

Last order was through door dash. I didn't get 2 of tge three items I payed for. And my sandwich was wrong. When I called they told me to bring it back, the problem is I door dashed because I didn't have my car at work with me, I had no way to get there, thats why I door dashed, the reponce I got from the kid onthe phone was bring the sandwich back tomorrow. Everything ive ordered here its been messed up. Theres no customer service and very rude employees.

I was in the drive-thru earlier in the week and a young lady named Kyla did an extraordinary job! She was alone and by herself and had at least five to eight people in the drive-thru. She handled herself with so much poise, so I asked her for her name so that I can write a review about her! It's the fact that she was alone and she worked so well under pressure. I see promotion possibly near👍🏽

Three times I have tried to go to this Subway after work, 8:30-9p and each time the dining area and drive through were closed. The dining room is supposed to close at 9p and drive through at 10p. Yesterday after waiting awhile at drive through to order, because at 8:45p the dining room was closed and a female was sweeping the floor, I pulled forward and a male came to window and told me that they were not talking orders because there were only two people working and they were behind. I don't know if the employees are not allowed overtime to complete cleaning and restocking duties if they have a busy day, but closing a store early generally warrants some kind of emergency situation. Very disappointed as this Subway is close to my house but in the future I will go to the one in Georgetown because I know they will be open during the stated hours.
