Hair in my soup 😭
I come here frequently, the service is usually pretty good. When ordering on the app my sandwiches are generally made correctly. I usually don't have any complaints....but today....this hair really threw me off and I don't think I'll ever order the soup again 😞 which is sad because it's my absolute favorite. My first soup of the season...has a thick curly hair in it 🤢 I almost ate it all....and tbh it does not look like a head hair, especially considering the people working didn't have matching hair types.
I am so grossed out.

More bread than anything else for the price I should have gone elsewhere. Preparer was nice, but could only work one sandwich at a time. I went through the drive through so not much to see there....

Staff unknowledgeable when asked questions about food ingredients and they separately rang up food instead of adding as combo (overcharged) due to staff inexperience. Wasn't a good 1st impression at this location. Pros: it was clean and nighttime staff was friendly. Cons: they just weren't up to speed on some things and nonchalant.

I went through the drive-in this afternoon and when I got home and opened my sandwiches for my wife and i, I could not believe the poor quality of our sandwiches specifically the lack of meat there was less than 2 oz perhaps less than 1 oz of meat on each sandwich. You have got to be kidding me! One slice of ham on one sandwich and a little bit of gristle on the steak and cheese, also I did not see any cheese to speak of. It was lukewarm. I am not a Subway customer anymore.

How the hell are you out of meatballs at 6:30 pm? Sounds like laziness to me. Oh and ordered the ultimate BMT and it definitely wasn't. Paper thin fillings I might as well just ordered a loaf of bread. What a disgrace of a location. Do not order from here.

So a lot know my son is very picky food wise so last night we talked him into trying subway meatball sandwhich just to be let down by subway and them not caring. The meatballs looked days old and very dry. I asked for a cup of sauce so I could fix it hopefully just for even the sauce to look dry and nasty. For my son to be willing to try something is a huge step in itself and the fact y'all cared less and had no explanation shows how much you care about just getting a paycheck and not about your customers. I will never support your location ever again. Please help spread the word for any other sensory people out there who might be in the same situation as my son. Subway u just lost customers for sure.

Generally, people at this location are nice. The only problem I see is that it takes forever even if there is no line inside or out to have someone take your order and make your sub. If you ask for extra sauce of any sort, you often end up somehow with none and have to come back. Which is frustrating. If I'm ordering fast food, it's because I'm not at home or am not going home, so it's not like mayo or ranch is at my disposal. That's the only criticism I have.

I ordered a titan turkey which is supposed to have 30% more turkey on it.Picked it up I ordered online, when I got to work and sat down to eat prior to start of my shift unwrapped the sandwich and there was 4 pieces of turkey on the sandwich and very little in veggies and I always ask for extra veggies.I tried to call the store and no one answered, I won’t be going back to this subway on E. State, however the one on Maplecrest Rd. Has never disappointed me.
