I ordered a titan turkey which is supposed to have 30% more turkey on it.Picked it up I ordered online, when I got to work and sat down to eat prior to start of my shift unwrapped the sandwich and there was 4 pieces of turkey on the sandwich and very little in veggies and I always ask for extra veggies.I tried to call the store and no one answered, I won’t be going back to this subway on E. State, however the one on Maplecrest Rd. Has never disappointed me.

You guys were super swamped and understaffed.. but I still should not have to wait at the counter for an hour total just to get a cold sandwich. If something is not done to make this right, I won't ever be coming back again. Rude service and food was not fresh. All the veggies were basically mixed together, due to a lack of changing old food out and a lack of cleaning. Maybe it's time to get rid of some rude, lazy employees to help your business!?

09_10_23 My girlfriend and I walk in at 820pm or so and was told we are closing early and they would only serve the person in front of us. That don't even make any sense because you don't close til 9pm anyways. I would not recommend this Subway to eat at. ?????☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️. So we didn't even get to place an order.

I went to the drive-thru I was really limited on money so I went on to their website to make sure I could afford what I wanted, go to the drive-through everything seemed okay until I drove up to pay, she was charging me for a footlong instead of a 6in, she may have been new, but she corrected the price and problem quickly solved. I love Subway, even their breakfast is craveable
