“I arrived during lunch hours on a weekday, and was served immediately (might have just been good luck). The employees were very polite and indeed adept sandwich artists. Plus the place is connected to a gas station with a large selection of snacks and drinks, so that's a plus. Will visit again.“

I’m feeling blessed that we have people who are honest and thoughtful during this time of year - I had been running for 2hrs after my office Christmas party to finish last minute shopping for our family Christmas tomorrow and my last stop was Subway off Lima Rd. One hour later after I could change clothes and actually sit down awhile our doorbell rang at 9:30 thinking who in the world could that be? My husband answered the door and I’m thinking it’s one of our neighbors but instead it was the young lady who helped me at their store and presented my wallet!!! I apparently was sooo ready to get home and did not realize I placed my wallet on the counter . “I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name last night (6/1) that was working…bc she deserves recognition. it was 30 mins before closing time I had a online order that wasnt ready and the line was a mile long. The lady immediately addressed me and said she was working on my sandwich now and apologized for the wait (there was no wait I had just walked in). After she handed me my bag a woman who appeared to be homeless (maybe not, but that was my impression) she had a winter coat on, a full book bag and several other bags came walking up to the tables outside. It was at least 85 out and she looked miserable. The subway woman walked outside and told her to come in and cool off she would get her some ice water. The subway woman was so incredibly nice to everyone and I just wanted to recognize that bc I feel like anytime I go anywhere lately customer service is terrible unfortunately… she was amazing.“

“I went to the drive-thru I was really limited on money so I went on to their website to make sure I could afford what I wanted, go to the drive-through everything seemed okay until I drove up to pay, she was charging me for a footlong instead of a 6in, she may have been new, but she corrected the price and problem quickly solved. “While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“
