Subway in Fort Wayne

“It was my first time being here. The options were endless. The staffs were nice, especially Laney, she has and had a very positive mood, energetic and patient. She was very communicative and nice while giving more options without making me nor my significant other feel pressured. The same goes with the lady that was working with her. For my first experience here, I loved it. I’m a very indecisive person and they were lovingly patient as well as polite. The environment and themselves made me comfortable. Overall this place is the best. Again shoutout to Laney for customer Service.“

“I’m hard of hearing and they’re very accommodating here. The guy working around 6 pm understood that I can’t talk and even talked louder so I’d be able to hear him. He was very patient and kind and took his time ensuring the sub was correct. He asked all the right questions (if I wanted it toasted, if I wanted the peppers and onions added before or after toasting, etc etc). The dining area was very clean, they seem hard at work as well despite it being slow. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Napkins and everything you need to dine in are in the dining room and well stocked. 10/10 recommend this subway.“

“The gentleman working behind the counter provided excellent service. I stopped by 10 minutes until close. He greeted me with excellent costumer service. This subway has become my favorite subway in town. It is a rare occurrence to receive exceptional customer service so close to close. “Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn't want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn't smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It's hit or miss really...“

“While traveling, I got an urge for a Subway. This particular store was nearest my location on the road. My entire experience was as wonderful as my ham and cheese on Italian. You guys ROCK!p.s. In my younger years, I managed a couple Subways around Indy area. This little store I stopped at is very clean and orderly and the food looked amazingly fresh. The only issue I noticed couldn't be avoided because of the size of the store. Being behind the counter with constant oven and warmer noises, including the toaster oven, it can be difficult for crew to hear customers clearly(I can imagine how monstrous it was with all wearing masks!!!) Nothing can't be done about this, I realize. I'm acknowledging the professionalism and patience of this crew.I am making this Subway a regular stop on my travels.“

“Love the $4.99 Cold Cut Combos. I can remember when I first started to work for Subway, you had to learn the U-gouge cut (now it's almost impossible to find someone who can do that cut) and on Sunday's you could get 2 footings for $5“

“This Subway on St. Joe Road made a great impression. The dining room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the large side parking lot makes it easy to get in and out. I stopped in around lunch and was surprised it wasn’t busier because this is a really convenient location. Good experience and definitely one of the nicer Subway locations I’ve visited in Fort Wayne. “Our visit was roughly around 4:30pm, on 01/14/2026.

Our actual cashier and sandwich maker herself, was absolutely wonderful today.

The absolute worst thing about the time we spent in the shop WAS NOT the woman behind the counter.

It was indeed the fact that she was the only staff in the building. When we walked in, she had very kindly and professionally alerted us to the fact that she had 4 sandwiches ahead of us from a mobile order, just after handling who knows how many sandwiches she dealt with at the drive-thru.

Reasonably, this took a little bit of time, as we quickly realized she was completely by herself.

The wait was not her fault. It was indeed the lack of accountability of management and unwillingness to properly staff.

So while we were pleased with our service, we are mortified and discontent at the sheer lack of Corporate/Franchise responsibility.

If nothing else, she deserves management position and management pay if she is going to be the sole person running an entire shop by herself with no backup.“

“If you want to go to a subway with excellent customer service, a clean store, and decent food then this is the location you want to go. I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t be disappointed. The store manager Tim went above and beyond on making the sandwich exactly how I wanted with no issues. Had a smile on his face the entire time and made sure my order was correct before ringing me up. There was a couple that ordered before me and I seen that they had a lot of toppings and sauce on their sub so it was hard for him to fold it. Even then he made sure they were taken care of with a smile.I hope too continue to get great customer service like I did the other day.“

“This place is very nice inside and the service was really good. I was there around 830 at night and there was a young guy with glasses I think named Zack. He was probably the most professional and polite person I have had help me at a subway.

Overall was a great experience and we would definitely go there again.“
