"Disappointing Experience at Summit City Comedy Club”
I was recently waitlisted for a sold-out show, courtesy of Matthew Wade, who misrepresented himself as the general manager.
Upon arrival, the actual GM revealed Matthew's true role as her assistant, lacking authorization to offer complimentary waitlist access.
As a venue manager across the street, I've consistently supported comedy club staff with complimentary tickets. This incident embarrassed me and highlighted Matthew's unprofessionalism.
Despite evidence from text messages, the GM failed to address the issue. Matthew's actions merit dismissal."

Great venue with top entertainers. I read many reviews that spoke negatively about the two item minimum and issues with the bill. The last 6 times I've gone I've paid special attention to that including intentionally not ordering the minimum as well as watching to see if they asked for a receipt. None of those things happened, I had a great time with zero issues. I'm glad to have a local venue that hosts these comedians.

Always a good time! Service was really good... Server made suggestions, which turned out to be wonderful. Comedy is laugh-out-loud great.

It's a great place to enjoy comics who you've seen on TV or will some day see on tv. Very personable feeling. The one thing I'd change is i wish for the last 3 minutes or so of the set we could take pictures for memory sake. Most artists don't do pictures afterward. So you're left with nothing to remember the great evening with.

the talent was great, BOBBY was an amazing server and dealt with all our crazy antics like a boss ? the food could use some work, but who really goes there to focus on the food? tbh
