Had a private room set for my family coming together in remembrance of my sweet grandma. Atmosphere was very great , very calm, and very cleaning . Our waitress Ashley R. Was the best ,very kind ,attentive, respectful, and patient. Give that girl another raise 👏!! Food was so delicious especially those Texas twinkies!! Sweet potatoes fries were amazing. Spinach and artichoke was so good ,my husband didn't want to share it!! Definitely recommend summit grill

Don't order take out. Was told 25 minutes for a carry out order, and it ended being closer to 45 minutes. Ordered the Apple Walnut Chicken Salad and checked it in the car before heading home, and it had no chicken with it. Back in and more time waiting for them to fix that. Rest of our food was room temperature by the time we got home. Won't be back for a while.

Wonderful experience. Felt like a brand-new restaurant. Service and menu was stellar. Will frequent often during the many upcoming stays in the area. Please consider making the margaritas bigger. Cheers! Returned for a week 10/11/25. Maria took stellar care of us all week. The Menu is outstanding. Welcomed specials, French Onion Soup; Chicken Parm; Cheesecake; Margarita's. Returning to the area in a few weeks and will, once again, make this location dinner every night. Thanks yall.

First time at this restaurant. Always looking to try to find something new and delicious. And I’m intrigued by onion rings. It felt like we walked into a lodge like restaurant with cathedral ceilings yet it didn’t echo and you could hear yourself talk. The place was packed! We sat in a booth and it felt like we were alone but we weren’t. Along came Ashley, great server. She made recommendations, which we always ask bc if the servers won’t eat it why would we? Texas Twinkies appetizer, really great with bbq sauce. Sorry no pics, we were hungry. Give them a try! The burger of the month was covered with carmelized apples and bacon jam-yum. And the onion rings with dipping sauce-so good. The other sandwich was blackened grouper with a side of of crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon jam. Seriously, everything is better with bacon! The flounder was tender and cooked to perfection. Ashley came by and checked on us just enough. It was a lot of food for the price. We felt like we got our moneys worth without the guilt. We will be back. Great gem of a restaurant in Fort Wayne. Recommend reservations and ask for Ashley!

Based on the recommendation from my hotel, this was a go to spot. Our waitress was Ciera. She moved very quickly and was accommodating and efficient. I ordered the Fried Rice. It tasted good. It filled me up as well.

We had a large party there for dinner, and they would not do seperate checks. Don't get the tacos. A large glob of pure fat dropped out of mine and they were dripping with grease. Some of the other options were OK, but the cheese curds turned out to be deep fat fried, more like mozzarella sticks, and I don't recommend them either.

Our waitress Armani was amazing!! We went jut for drinks and appetizers before out dinner reservations at club soda and she took amazing care of of us. We had the must have Texas Twinkies, cheese bites and bang bang shrimp. Shrimp was for the hubby and we shared the other two apps. The cheese bites are an assortment of cheddar, jalapeño or garlic and the ARE NOT cheese curds. Think bigger and better!! Some how the found out it was as our wedding anniversary (even though I said nothing when I book the reservation) and we had one of there amazing cheesecake desserts. You must have Summit Grill if you are in ft Wayne!!
