Sunrise has always been a great spot for breakfast, but just keeps getting better. Food is great, staff is great, and patrons are always fun. Do yourself a favor and visit on the weekend so you can try the chilaquiles!

The food was amazing and the service was just as good. Great prices and great portions. The Mexicano was amazing, and so were the churro pancakes. Their fruit is fresh, great water, I enjoyed the orange juice and Abuela's Hot Chocolate a lot. You can add grilled onions to the hash browns. Some places add way too much salt and I'm very pleased with how they made it here. I'll be back again soon for the Churro pancakes definitely. It was crowded but not unbearable, the waitress did a great job.

Service was good and the server was really nice. Food was breakfast, so pretty much the same as everywhere else. The place was clean and they have bar type seating to have that true café feel. Overall, pretty good.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade and this place has gone downhill rapidly recently, especially with takeaway orders. I haven’t had an order actually completely right for ages, now the portions have shrunk rapidly and I am still left hungry after an omelette and hashbrowns.
Today I received an omelette with the BROWNEST most unpleasant turned avocados on TOP of the omelette like that was acceptable presentation, AND the sides were wrong again, which I guess I’m used to by now because the employees on the phone are always acting confused. Waste of time and money. Sorry I parted with hard-earned cash for this poor experience again. A shame because this was a great spot just a few years ago.

Visited Sun Rise Cafe this morning and it was very good. I was tipped off because they catered an event at my company this week and I really loved the skillets. At the catered event I tried the Country Skillet and The Meat Lovers Skillet. Both were amazing. I'm usually not a fan of the hash browns or potatoes in these skillets but the flavoring in these two were absolutely worth it.
I took the opportunity to visit the restaurant as well and the skillet sizes are reasonable and the ratio of toppings to potato is skewed toward the toppings. I like the fact that the skillets are not swimming and potatoes. I had the breakfast sandwich which I'm not sure is on the menu but they were able to make it for me. I ordered it on an English muffin with sausage and ham, two eggs which I chose to have over hard instead of scrambled, and I chose cheddar cheese. The meat on the sandwich was very flavorful and the grilled English muffin was an excellent choice. I highly recommend any of these dishes for an amazing breakfast.

The country fried steak was very very good. The gravy was flavorful. The steak wasn’t dry. It opens up at 6 am. Not a huge menu but there are enough options without being too many. Service was quick. Prices are reasonable. Looking forward to eating here again.

I've given them 3 chances and I'm done. I always went because they had the best eggs Benedict, but the last 3 times they've been inedible. The hollandaise is what makes it and it has been like water and flavorless.

This little Cafe is said to be a local favorite and we thought we would give it a try. We were welcome in and seated, from there I think it slide down. Perhaps we had high expectations, but the food was not anything but to write home about. Hashbrowns were not even appetizing and we considered sending them back. Truth is after leaving we wished we would have complained....all of us agreed this was not a place we would come back too nor would we recommend it to others as a local fave.
