Place is trash. Ppl were not helpful and very rude. They have on screen to order and and won’t take orders at the counter. Very lazy and un motivated ppl working at this location. Lmao and to top it off u have to ask for a key to use the bathroom. It was a whole routine to use the bathroom there. I called the corporate office and told them to look into this location fingers crossed. I will never go back

Taco Bell downtown is really nice on the inside and out. The food for the most part is good with only a few minor problems. My favorite menu to get from this Taco Bell is it's crunch wrap supreme which they do really well. The service is just as good as the food the employees are respectful and I've never had a problem with any of them. The overall atmosphere of the place isn't too bad as sometimes the lobby is empty when I arrive there. However the place is decent, quite, and not too busy.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 45 minutes in the bathroom for someone to come wash my hands and no one showed. Why even bother with hanging the employees must wash hands sign if they’re never going to show.
I get that being in a customer service or fast food job is exhausting (as a person who works in customer service) but you still have to do your job. I bought food for three people and on every single taco or burrito there’s almost NOTHING inside it at all, like it’s coming out of their own paycheck. Food was cold, yet they still take a while, and they won’t acknowledge you at all unless it’s to announce your name. It’s like they’re allergic to customers or conversation. The photo attached has literally the most beef in it out of everything and it still isn’t great. Some of them clearly don’t care about their jobs and it shows. I know it’s just Taco Bell but… come on. I won’t be eating anything from here again, honestly.

Ordered the new nacho box and it seriously had maybe 12 chips. You’d think for almost $7 you’d get a decent amount. Then my fiancé went in to complain and they were giving him a really hard time and after almost 10 minutes of back and forth all they offered was a sauce sized cup of beans and a sauce sized cup of meat. This Taco Bell has been disappointing basically each time we’ve been there. Management needs to train their workers better and teach them how to actually make food correctly. Also teach them some customer service.

They were busy, I have to give them that. No one greeted us. Waited a while for our food to have literally one piece of steak in the burrito. It’s Taco Bell, I can’t expect perfection. However, it’s the fact the place literally smelled like sewage and the floor by the drinks was soaking wet. They had a wet floor sign out but it wasn’t like the mopped wet, it was wet like something was broken and leaking wet. Immediately got home and got sick.
