We had an exceptionally bad experience here. We ordered from the Taco Bell app for pickup. I sent my husband to pick it up. He gets there, and they tell him they don't have our order and send him to another location to see if it's there. Didn't offer to call them to check, just sent him bc they insisted that they didn't have our order there. The poor man calls me bc they don't have the order at the 2nd location either, so I confirm with him that he went to the correct location in the first place. So while he is on his way back to the first taco bell, I call them to say "hey, he's coming back" and make sure they got our order. Well the nice gentleman I spoke with said, oh yes I see it. It came up "on the screen in the back and not the front" whatever that means, and I said awesome. Called my husband to update him, and thought that takes care of that. Well when my husband finally arrives, the man at the front tells him no again, saying that they don't have our order and swears to him that he is incorrect. So while he's speaking with my husband, my husband calls me, and puts him on the phone. The front worker asked me who I spoke to. I said I don't know somebody in the back maybe? I'm thinking to myself, are there really that many people working there that he couldn't just find out himself really quick, especially considering what fiasco it has already been for us. I explained to him that the gentleman I spoke with earlier said the order was only appearing in the back. He said well can you call us again and try talking to him again? I'm like are you serious right now? Just take 7 steps to the back and ask him! I almost laughed straight into the phone, but I'm not a meanie, so I say okay and call the location again. Finally I explain the entire story to the man in the back, and he says, so sorry about that and also... They forgot to make your order.... *Facepalm* this was so terrible it was almost funny. Unfortunately it was 2 hours and a quarter tank of gas from start to finish to get FAST food. Believe me, I completely understand when technology works against us. That cannot be helped on the staff's side of things. However, what can be done is how you respond to a situation like that. Unfortunately, they just failed in that aspect and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Will not be using the app again. We've been hesitating to even go to Taco Bell at all since then. 😑 Tacos were good tho

Order 3 soft taco meat and cheese came with lettuce and tomato, order a chicken quesadilla no sauce has that jalapeno sauce, ordered cherry pepsi got regular order dew and got baha. I spent 20 dollars on a meal and know one will answer the phone. The need to get rid of the robot or make it 21+ to work there and cash is us currency. What you mean card ONLY. I never had problems till they got the robot. Now I'm out 20 dollars and no one will answer the phone to fix my order. This stinks to say cuz they are probably the best taco bell in Fort Wayne. I'm hoping they will reach out
Update I'm out my money. I went back and ordered the same thing. I found out only 1 person working. He apologized for last time and said no one likes to work for the pay. Feel bad for being upset he did great.. If I owned a restaurant I would hire him and pay him double way to go buddy

**News Flash (Jan 15 2025)**
This location still sucks. I would have thought after 2 years it would have gotten better … jokes on me. Ordered on the app, quoted 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I got food. Place seems like a hang out more than a business.
Update (11/13/2022): This location still sucks and apparently I’m a glutton for punishment. Went tonight and the front door was locked although people were inside. No one would open the door, so I went to the drive through. Receipt was correct, food received was wrong … fml! Terrible
This location is terribly slow. Management needs to do something about this … 35 minute wait in a drive through is not acceptable.
There was one employee working. ONE. He did a phenomenal job but that is ridiculous. One person cannot run a restaurant themselves ESPECIALLY on the weekend. Customers were abandoning the drive thru line due to its length. Good job Aiden!

Ordered at 7:08 pm thru the It’s now 7:39. Still no food. This is crazy. There’s 1 person working. He’s apologetic but damn Taco Bell. It’s New Year’s Eve and I did not want to stand here for over 30 minutes. I’ll probably still be here waiting for food next year.
Waiting in line still it's been thirty minutes total to order. Called inside store 10 minutes ago for the manager to tell me that he was doing paper work while the line was piling up.... I let at least 3 cars out of the drive up that had been waiting longer than me. Im an hour in and still no food.
There is no reason for a customer to stand at their counter for 20 minutes when there are 4 staff

An actual quote from one of the employees “there is another Taco Bell not even three miles away” as their drive through is completely backed up to the street without serving anyone

Worker says at the drive through, "be back when I can." Over 15 minutes at the order speaker and no one taking orders...seems like someone needs to call a manager at some point?
