One of the worst experiences, we have had going to this restaurant. We asked for no onions on the bean burritos. they had onions they also had lettuce and tomato, which i've never seen, you could tell the food had been under the wormer forever because the tortillas were just falling apart. I ordered a steak crunchwrap, and my tortilla was so stale that it just fell apart.

We odered 2 items items. The employee said ok to both items repeated them. It was faint but enough to hear. It sounded like he said pull around but who knows because he has 0 edicate over the intercom and again you could faintly hear him. We sat in the line for a solid 15 minutes. We get to the window the same gentleman apparently failed to take our order and canceled it claiming we drove away. We sat 15 minutes in a backed up one way line! Where were we going to drive to. Card in hand we asked to resubmit it he told us to pull around and reorder and gave us a hard time saying it was the only way. We asked to speak with a manager, he said he was in charge of the store. If he is... find a new leadership because he is not a fit and certainly not customer oriented. Maybe learn to not mumble in a microphone as well.

Unfriendly staff and they always forget some part of the order, whether it be entire food items or even ingredients! They've neglected to put meat on tacos before. Like, what's the point of the taco if theres no meat?

This woman was very rude. Outrageous teenager being very obnoxious. I asked her if it was my food and she said no... She went outside for five minutes and then came back in and said it was my fault because they didn't put a name on it... Rude teenager who yelled at me when I told the manager I even asked her if it was my food. The entire thing was a fiasco where they made me park and wait 15 minutes!

Well, I walked up to the counter, and some older lady yelled out. “We’re only taking orders from the kiosk.” I looked at the kiosk for a few minutes, said thanks for your help and walked out. I’ll probably go to Taco Bell again, but I probably will not go to that one.!

Please do not order food at this Taco Bell, 2 items out of 6 were missing and food quality and packaging were very poor. Customer service very poor. Looks like Taco Bell food quality and service day by day going down the drain.

If possible avoid this location.. have never had what I would call an efficient experience here. Genuinely takes longer than a sit down restaurant. Unsure if it’s just understaffing or lack of care by employees but the worst Taco Bell location I know of.

The AI kept making mistakes and when I fixed the mistake it just added it on instead of deleting the wrong thing then adding it so I eneded up with 6 lg sodas 4 of which I did not need or like. The actual person asked if I wanted to delete anything I said no not realizing I had 6 sodas coming. $10 gone the food I wasn't worried about it would get eaten, but the 4 extra sodas I didn't realize until after I paid. Ordered 2 #7 got 3 and still got 2 cheese quesadillas that I didn't order said no lettuce on anything but got the tacos from #7 with lettuce they couldn't be eaten didn't know that until I got home. Not cool. The quesadillas weren't even cut. They were completely of mild sauce. So all in all Ispent $85 dollars and couldn't eat or drink about $30 worth. Needless to say I will not got there after 8 pm again. The AI ordering system needs some help for sure.
