As someone who travels frequently for work and often relies on fast food for convenience, I have to say that this Taco Bell is by far the worst I’ve encountered in the US! The restaurant was extremely dirty, with overflowing trash bin. None of the staff members were willing to work the front counter. I saw an elderly gentleman get tired of waiting for assistance and try to use the self-ordering kiosk. When one employee noticed his struggle and tried to help, a woman with neck tattoos, who seemed to be the manager, said, "If he can't figure it out, he can just go somewhere else! Welcome to 2025!" A quick look at recent reviews reveals that many people are sharing similar experiences! Whoever owns this location needs to get more involved and find new leadership!

Always the slowest taco bell in Indiana, been in line for 35 minutes in the drive thru. Once your in the drive thru you are stuck and no way out with how the concrete is set up

*Food is commonly served cold, * Drive through frequently forgets an item, * The employees seem beyond miserable.
Perhaps the employees just hate their jobs here.. Needless to say, we avoid this location.

Love it. I even got root beer instead of cherry Pepsi. Guess that’s what you get when you’re a night shifter. 🫤
The restaurant staff is just as cold as the restaurant. It's 38° outside and the AC is going full. Asked the "manager" about it and he just blew us off. The food was hard, dried out and asked to be remade twice just to get fresh quality. Three males addressed themselves as managers but need to go back and take classes on customer service. We witnessed a few customers walk out as they were never helped at the counter.
