3rd visit in a year, and yet again, they can't manage to put all the food I paid for in the damn bag. After the last two trips I ordered extra chicken taco Supremes as a just in case, good thing, or the daughter would not have had food. I mean, how hard is it to put the food in the bag.

Both Max and Aiden were both very friendly and courteous when my mama and I visited there on Nov 7, 2025 at 3950 East DuPont Rd Ft. Wayne, Indiana 46825 I was very pleased at how they interacted with me that day and with the speed of service there. It's nice to meet people like them. It's hard to find anyone who is so courteous in fast food, but they were. If your company offers any bonuses and/or other recognitions then I'd like to nominate Max and Aiden for them.

Came in at 1 am before they closed at 2 am. Was informed that their menu is automatically turned off at 1 am and that there isn’t nothing they can do to assist. That is ridiculous.

Service kid was polite, and quick, actually making an effort to do a good job. 👍 he should go work some place where the restaurant cares about serving delicious food. The Mexican pizza was simply disgusting. Whatever wrap they are using for crust is HORRIBLE. There was zero chunky salsa on the pizza and maybe 3 pieces of tomato. I’m not going back. Guadalupes makes fresh delicious it’s my new fast Mexican food.
