As a vegetarian going to fast food restaurants asking for specific changes on menu items is a roll of the dice. The TB on bluffton is normally 50/50 on getting things correct. This TacoBell on the other hand has been perfect for every order.

Keep up the great work!

Also, Taco Bell Pro tip:
If doing drive through use the website or app to put your order in first. There are so many different options you can customize your order with. You can even turn a dollar menu item into a premium item for half the cost (cheesy bean and rice burrito + sour cream + lettuce + tomato = burrito supreme (vegetarian version).

We always order takeout, so we haven't been in this building.
So far, everyone is very nice and the service is quick, exactly what you want in fast food.

Of course it's fast food, so the potential for upset stomachs is high, but it's comfort food.
Tacos are always good until they're not; but these ones are good first 🤣

There was nobody in line at the drive through, so I thought I'd get a party pack and be on my way. I still had to pull into the parking lot and wait 6 minutes for tacos.

I was also given the wrong receipt. I don't really know why I gave this store another chance, but I know I will just go to a different location next time.

This is the worst location in Ft Wayne! Did a pick up order and the lady didn't put thetop all the way on the pop and it spilled in my car and all over me 😡 Then had the nerve to catch a attitude and get smart. I won't be back to this location. Everybody has attitudes!!

Very slow service with no one in the lobby. Drive thru were sort of busy, but not that busy where it took more than five minutes to get waited on and it's always the manager, who's not very friendly.

I don't know what it is about this location, but anything fried taste rancid. Like they're using bad oil or something. I've been twice and the food tasted the same and made me feel sick, I will not be going to this location again. Reported to Allen County Department of Health.

Taco Bell has always been my go-to spot for fast, affordable, and flavorful Mexican-inspired meals. The menu is filled with options, from classic tacos to creative concoctions like the Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Whether you're craving something spicy, cheesy, or loaded with meat, there’s always something for everyone.

One of the best things about Taco Bell is the consistency—you know exactly what you’re going to get. The soft tacos were fresh, with a satisfying blend of seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, and melted cheese. The Doritos Locos Tacos added a fun, crunchy twist with its bold flavor. And let’s not forget the unbeatable value of the $5 Cravings Box, which packs a filling meal at a budget-friendly price.

I also appreciate the range of customizable options, including vegetarian choices like the Black Bean Crunchwrap. It's great that they offer plant-based alternatives for those avoiding meat without sacrificing flavor.

The service is quick, and the food is usually hot and fresh. Though the drive-thru can get busy during peak hours, the staff remains friendly and efficient. My only critique is that sometimes the portions can feel smaller than expected, but for the price point, it's hard to complain.

Overall, Taco Bell delivers exactly what it promises: tasty, fast, and affordable Mexican-inspired food that's perfect for a quick bite on the go.

It’s annoying that the employees park at the front parking and then the drive through people tell you to pull up front when there are no other cars behind you. It’s really annoying. The workers are short and rude and always correct you
