I stopped at this Taco Bell and the order process was a bit messy, not a huge deal. But when I got the food, it was inedible. The lettuce and tomatoes tasted so bad I immediately spit it out. That should never happen, especially with food people are paying more and more for.
The staff looked miserable, which felt like a reflection of deeper issues rather than individual workers. Fast food prices keep going up while quality continues to drop across the board. Experiences like this are becoming far too common, and it’s sad.
I won’t be coming back. Support local businesses when you can.

Wasn't open grand opening still waiting for it.
Anything I have ordered that is fried the past couple times I have ordered at this location, it’s been rancid tasting and inedible! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but reviews from months ago have said the same thing… they either need to clean their fryers better or they never change the oil. Either way I had to toss half my meal. Going to another location from now on.

As usual, Taco Bell disappoints. I don't even know why I try anymore...maybe in the hope of the days of yore coming back? Anyways, I ordered the fried chicken burrito and it was embarrassingly bad. The chicken was so overcooked that it nearly disintegrated during chewing. I mean, this isn't that hard folks. Just maddening. Avoid, at all costs. You've been warned.

Foods usually pretty good but 2 employees smoking a blunt in the parking lot not even trying to hide it and 1 being a manager is crazy ngl

Doors don’t lock but lobby is closed. Other times they tell you they have a 20 minute wait after you placed your order. This place sucks

Very rude no manners tried scamming us, and then over heard them saying stuff about us
Everyone was very pleasant! The food was hot and made the way it should be! Not half filled like a lot of other taco bells.
The staff was very rude and loud and gossiping in the back. When i went to the bathroom it was disgusting & not to mention my order was made sloppy and wrong & the manager had the nerve to have an attitude when I asked for a cup .

Food was made quick and was done properly. The texture of chalupa was perfect. I have eaten at many Taco Bell's across the country and have to say this place knows how to make it correctly.

As a vegetarian going to fast food restaurants asking for specific changes on menu items is a roll of the dice. The TB on bluffton is normally 50/50 on getting things correct. This TacoBell on the other hand has been perfect for every order.
Keep up the great work!
Also, Taco Bell Pro tip:
If doing drive through use the website or app to put your order in first. There are so many different options you can customize your order with. You can even turn a dollar menu item into a premium item for half the cost (cheesy bean and rice burrito + sour cream + lettuce + tomato = burrito supreme (vegetarian version).
