This is the worst location in Ft Wayne! Did a pick up order and the lady didn't put thetop all the way on the pop and it spilled in my car and all over me 😡 Then had the nerve to catch a attitude and get smart. I won't be back to this location. Everybody has attitudes!!

Very slow service with no one in the lobby. Drive thru were sort of busy, but not that busy where it took more than five minutes to get waited on and it's always the manager, who's not very friendly.

I don't know what it is about this location, but anything fried taste rancid. Like they're using bad oil or something. I've been twice and the food tasted the same and made me feel sick, I will not be going to this location again. Reported to Allen County Department of Health.

Taco Bell has always been my go-to spot for fast, affordable, and flavorful Mexican-inspired meals. The menu is filled with options, from classic tacos to creative concoctions like the Crunchwrap Supreme and Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Whether you're craving something spicy, cheesy, or loaded with meat, there’s always something for everyone.

One of the best things about Taco Bell is the consistency—you know exactly what you’re going to get. The soft tacos were fresh, with a satisfying blend of seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, and melted cheese. The Doritos Locos Tacos added a fun, crunchy twist with its bold flavor. And let’s not forget the unbeatable value of the $5 Cravings Box, which packs a filling meal at a budget-friendly price.

I also appreciate the range of customizable options, including vegetarian choices like the Black Bean Crunchwrap. It's great that they offer plant-based alternatives for those avoiding meat without sacrificing flavor.

The service is quick, and the food is usually hot and fresh. Though the drive-thru can get busy during peak hours, the staff remains friendly and efficient. My only critique is that sometimes the portions can feel smaller than expected, but for the price point, it's hard to complain.

Overall, Taco Bell delivers exactly what it promises: tasty, fast, and affordable Mexican-inspired food that's perfect for a quick bite on the go.

It’s annoying that the employees park at the front parking and then the drive through people tell you to pull up front when there are no other cars behind you. It’s really annoying. The workers are short and rude and always correct you

I put a mobile order and picked up 11:56pm 08/30/2024. I shouldn’t have to take my order all the way back to the store because they made it incorrectly. Not to mention she nearly handed me someone else’s food before realizing it wasn’t my incorrectly made food.

The lady with the color contacts and stiff wig needs the boot. She has no sense of customer care time or value. She always seem bothered even when an error is made on her behalf. There’s so many options like Wendy’s across or Starbucks I rather go to just to not see her even thou I love TB. You can probably do better without her and have a better staff because I’m sure they dread dealing with her too

Had I done this review before this last visit, it would've ranked a lot lower. I don't know what they did, but this visit everything was spot on! I love Taco Bell, but most of the time, it is not up to standards at all. This time though, they had new, amazing crew members, amazing food, and most of all.... the service was excellent! Whatever changes they made over the past few months, I hope they keep them!

Dietary restrictions: With the way Taco Bell works, you can modify anything to make sure it fits your dietary restrictions.

Parking: There's parking in their free lot in front of the store with accessible spots. If their lot is full, you can always park at Menard's and walk the extra 50 ft to their building.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with kid friendly options. All customizable for any type of eater.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking with ramps and wide doors make it very accessible for wheelchair users, walker users, or anyone with accessibility needs.
