5 sauces for 6 items, his mother ought to be ashamed
I ordered one soft taco with only beef & cheese. I got that melted onto a burnt flour tortilla. I want to attach the photo to this review but I don’t see a spot for it. Too bad.

This location really is one of the best locations in our city. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are always super friendly and fast, even my picky 7 year old asks to come here for their breakfast tacos and burritos. Thank you all for your service!

Too much delay to deliver the food and on top of that the horrible service too.
The inside of this Taco Bell is extremely bland and devoid of any personality. Also, if you’re going all in on the self order kiosks, and refuse to take orders at the counter, then make sure all your kiosks actually work.
The tables weren’t wiped down, the ice was out at the drink station, and when you go to the counter the team members don’t even acknowledge your existence.
It’s just a sad disappointment all around. Late stage capitalism at its finest on display.
We will not be coming back to this location and I strongly encourage everyone else avoid this location.

Ordered 4 items thru drive thru, waited 20 MINUTES in line with only 2 cars in front of us. They handed a different order and told us they didnt have what we asked for. Awful service. Terrible food. If you dont have an item, dont make customer wait and give something else with similar sounding name and charge for it. 0 stars. Go to Lima Road Taco Bell instead.

Ordered online to pick up in drive thru.
Only one car in front of me and they were at the window and I at the speaker. Took 10 minutes for them to even do the automated voice for there point system. Once I finally got up to window the new worker demanded that I hadn’t paid for my meal and I need to give her my card and once the manager came over the manager explained that it was the lady’s first day working there. After that I got my food quickly and went on home. Once I got home I tired to eat my beef chalupa and it hurt my jaw from how over fried it was. So I went to my hard taco, there was more lettuce then taco and when I got done removing it the taco was a joke from its former self. And the potato’s in the cheesy fiesta potatos were so over fried it was like hard lumps of burnt beef fat. Taco Bell or the gm or the manager feels like make this right. Start all pay at $18.00 for every employee so they will actually care about the food they make. Anything short of this is a failure of your job

Given someone else’s order. Bring the food back. My receipt says order Number 10 and the bag clearly says order number 12. Manager asked me if I called. I said no. Here is the food still in the bag and here is the receipt. Manager says she will give me the food this time but I should’ve called. I asked why I have to call when I bring the food back? She threatens to not give me the food. I was curteous Instead of an apology, I got threatened by the manager.

I tried to order a cantina chicken quesadilla without the Chipotle ranch sauce and a new employee was helping me and he asked a manager how to do it and she said to me there is no way to take it off, it comes On the quesadilla i go to another taco bell in waynedale and they do it for me with no problem. Could be why the only had 3 people in the dining room at noon on a weekday........

Whoever worked at this location on 9/20 at around 1130pm, you rock! I ordered through door dash and it was honestly the best Taco Bell meal I’ve ever had. You can tell you really care about your job and that is very rare nowadays. Good job, give those people a raise ??
