I came here with friends for quick food. They only have 3 people on shift and they are highly prioritizing the drive through. It has been over an hour and my one friend and I have finally gotten our food, but the last friend is still waiting while we are finished. Do not come here, they have terrible service.

Make sure you watch them here as they will forget your drink cup EVERY SINGLE TIME if you use the kiosk!!! Also, they charge you 65 cents for a tiny little cup of sour cream if you ask for it and none of the other TBs do this. This place is absurd!

I ordered CT Dbl Chicken bowel and whoever put it together with my added options did amazing. Nobody has come close to the layout of the contents like the one I had tonight. Needed it since I make pizzas with no AC working at the moment.

4 tacos Supreme. And chips n cheese. Idk what tortillas they use. Just hard now... not tha same.. Cheese for the chips they literially filled 20% full. Absolutely ridiculous for 15$ can go get a gyro plate for 20$ n get 5× tha food. Disappointing.

It was ok . They were out of tomato but didn't tell me when I ordered my food I got home and called and they said oh sorry. We r out of tomato. They should have told you that at the speaker. Well they didn't.

Average wait time probably around 15 to 20 minutes! and then the food just tastes like shit anyway just trying to get fast food if it’s going to taste like shit then I shouldn’t have to wait for 20 minutes

Crappy service. Dont ask for napkins when the napkins holder is out. You'll get attitude from staff and like 30 napkins. And dont get the cheesy fries. No Baja blast either.

Horrible customer service, ordered two steak and poblano rolled quesadillas with extra steak and extra cheese and a chicken cantina taco. I had a coupon I got from the new downtown taco bell from opening day for a free taco that explicitly states you can present it at checkout. I go though the drive though make my order hand my coupon to the woman running the drive thru she comes back and tells me the manager said they can only be redeemed in the app. So I guess the coupon just lies? Also I didn’t get extra steak and there was so much cheese on the outside of my rolled quesadillas that I had to carefully peel them off the wrapper. Service outside of that coupon issue was fast and the food was hot but order wasn’t prepared as ordered and customer service is lacking.
