Stopped by to the drive through this evening and ordered simply a Supreme Lux Box WITHOUT sour cream and 4 hard tacos. Not only I repeated myself 4 times but I had to remind the staff I was missing part of my order at the window AND my order was still completely wrong. When they asked if I wanted to round up my total to donate I said " not his time" they did it anyways. I got some odd box with sour cream on everything and a chalupa with 2 burritos. My family tried to eat it anyways but ultimately tossed it. I don't recommend this location at all, the staff clearly don't listen.

Walked in and saw two employees on their phone with gloves on then touching food with those same gloves. I asked the gentleman, Richard, if he was able to ask the guys to change their gloves before preparing our food. Richard took it upon himself to make our food and washed and changed gloves in between! THAT is hospitality!

I literally never complain & Taco Bell is more of a guilty pleasure to our family, we never go and expect 5/5 stars, but tonight was absolutely awful. The hard tacos we got were so soggy that the shell was stuck to the paper and we couldn’t eat them, the soft tacos were soggy, and in the chicken quesadilla the cheese was not melted even slightly. Everything in the bag was so poorly wrapped that there was cheese and lettuce everywhere. Do better Taco Bell, we don’t even expect a lot out of you. I should never have to write a review for Taco Bell.

They were very polite and made my order quickly and correctly.
Kid-friendliness: Always and they have plenty of choices that kids can pick from. My kids love eating here and so do the husband and myself.

If I could give a 0 I would. Went through drive through and ordered taco's with extra meat. Went home and there was no extra meat. I took the food back u there and told the manager Quavionne there was no extra meat. I instantly got a attitude with me and begin to argue with me about the extra meat. He was very rude and unprofessional. He never tried to fix the issue. In the end I took my money back and will never go up there again. They mess up food all the time and get a attitude about fixing your order. The manager Quavionne does not deserve to be a manager, you do not argue with a customer when there food is messed up. You fix the problem and move on.

Spent over 50$fir family dinner this evening, total disappointment. No meat on the tacos,no meat on chalupas and chalupa shells as hard as rocks. Never again Taco Hell ...
Refried beans were very dry. Hardly any cheese on tacos. Flower tortilla shells seemed like they were stale. Would not recommend 😕

Ordered a Lux box. Asked for certain things to be taken off. Got home and everything I wanted to be taken off there. Looked at the receipt. It was entered correctly. I guess the kitchen decided not to read the order. Horrible service!!!!
