i came in two days ago and, and got charged twice on my card today, so i went in today to calmly and respectfully resolve the situation and had a very negative experience. i spoke with the GM of this taco bell and they had the worst attitude i've experienced at fast food in my life, i'm not going to mention any names but she is a big white woman who disrespected me when all i wanted was a refund :/ i even showed her the receipt as well on top of showing my bank account charged by the same order from tacobell twice along with the receipt and the wrappers of the burritos i ordered. :/ i jus wanted tacobell 💔im not the problematic type but safe to say, DO NOT go to tacobell or here specifically atleast

The only taco Bell I would go to. I absolutely love the atmosphere. And Latoya is the best! She is so friendly. Her energy is always positive and radiates through her customers. She is an angel sent by God. We need more Latoyas. You guys should seriously consider giving her a raise.
