Normally i dont have a problem here but let me tell yall. I had 2 door dash orders, waited in line for 10 minutes, get to the window and was informed the 2 orders were not on their screen, asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. His name was Nikolai. Pulled around to the front of the store and got dinged that the one order that i had was ready for pick up so, I drove back around to the speaker and he once again said he didn't have the order. Called support for door dash,they called the store and he refused,straight up refused to make the orders. It was literally 5 things and 2 handfuls of sauce. Manager was rude and yalls speaker is going out. We weren't even the only ones he did this to. The car in front of us was Uber Eats and he told her the same thing.

I have pretty low expectations when it comes to fast food. That being said I’ve always gone to this location for convenience, but literally always disappointed . Expect your food to be cold and never fully put together. Also expect to pay at least $2 more on every menu item than you will at other nearby locations. Just realized I’ve been paying more for probably the worst quality taco bell in town. Here’s a pic of a mexican pizza they barely put anything on.

Most disrespectful GM I’ve genuinely ever met. I ordered wrong and when trying to fix my order they got a manager like there was an issue, there was never a problem. Then, the GM proceeded to tell me I get what I pay for when I was quite literally ready to pay again to fix the mistake. Terrible attitudes over 3$ nachos, the customer is always right and this should never have been handled this way, this location needs better training, staff and customer support do better , wont be coming back anytime soon

I can't say anything about the recent food or service at this location, but I am really bummed that the owners decided to close the Long John Silver's that used to be here with the Taco Bell, especially since it was the last Long John Silver's here in Fort Wayne (and it was pretty darn good). I also stopped here this morning for breakfast since I saw it was open and was on my route, but was bothered once again by them not offering a full menu (in this case breakfast items). I'm sure the owner is doing what they think is best for their business, but I'm really curious if these choices are going to affect their bottom dollar, just hoping they become more accommodating with these.

This location is a joke. They don't know the menu, and it's expensive for what you get. They forgot an order of nacho fries and the ones we did get were cold. Skimpy tacos and crunch wraps. For what we spent, we could have gone to a regular restaurant. We are done.
not ONLY did they get our ENTIRE ORDER WRONG the food looks DISGUSTING I ordered a soft taco with no tomatoes , no cheese and no sour cream and this is what they gave him when he is allergic to cheese .

They keep bumping the price up at this location and now that a cheese quesadilla is over 7 dollars with tax they are super empty.. Taco Bell is fast food.. I’m not paying 20 dollars for a meal that’s not even that good tbh. R.I.P Waynedale Taco Bell. 👍

New franchise owner came in and raise the price of the app exclusive box from 5.99 to 9.99. I'll go out of my way to the other locations in town and avoid giving these greedy higher ups a cent.
