Slow drive thru service... hit or miss accuracy of your order. Inside service is slower than the drive thru. Team members dont seem in be in a hurry to help guest in a timely manner.
For the price of 3 chicken and cheese, soft tacos. And a Mountain Dew. It is a better deal, then going to Culver's or arby's or anywhere. And I don't have to worry about my food. Usually being hot fries, being hard and cold.
Ordered 5 chalupas with 10 fire sauces. When I went to eat it there were no sauces in the bag. The food was good but just not the same without the sauce. Called to make a complaint and the person on the phone was very rude and dismissive to the fact as she offered no resolution or apology. Sure it’s just sauce but it’s about customer satisfaction and I was not satisfied with my full order not being filled.
