I won't return to this location. I asked if they had empanadas and the person working there told me no. I also wanted to substitute my drink for a happy hour drink and they said they can't do that. You could tell from her voice she was almost happy telling me all of this and with an attitude. After getting my food I noticed that the sauce that came with my meal was missing. I got the worker's attention through the window and she tells me they don't have that sauce. Nice how she didn't tell me that when I was ordering. I guess she was too busy telling me everything else they don't have?These fast food chains need to step up their game and actually have stuff in stock for customers. If not, you won't get my return business. And I hope others do the same. I'm also sick of these young workers having poor customer service skills. They are happy to tell you no so they don't have to do the work.

I keep coming back, I have only been inside a couple times and that's usually for special requests. One day I ran to dollar general to get some sour cream for my pregnant wife, DG was closed, so I ran over to my favorite taco bell and ordered a quesadilla(which was perfect btw) and explained that I needed as much sour cream as they could give me, like, an irresponsible amount of sour cream. They laughed right with me and hooked it up. Wife was happy and taco bell quite likely saved my life. Today I ran down to get some grub and they had my food out that window so fast I couldn't believe it. This team tonight was just built different, my steak chalupas were TOP SHELF. Thank you taco bell!

Last night I ordered 6 cheese bean and rice burritos. 3 hard shell tacos and a potato bowl. All very simple and easy to make. I had 2 burritos on the recipe, and they gave me 3. Food was so horrible we threw it all away. Never going back.

Only person cool enough at the taco bell was the kid who was at counter. My order was done through the app did the build your own cravings box guess they didn't get that memo I got the whatever mess they wanted to give me boxes. Checked order thinking things were all there but cheesy potatoes ? didn't get the Crunchwrap didn't get cheesy Gordita Crunch let alone the right tacos and burritos I ordered oh well lesson learned it's not getting any better at this location I'll drive further next time ? ?
7 people in the drive thru line in front of me at around midnight. 13min from back of line to getting food works out decently. About 2 min per car. Never had problems here, and will keep returning unless something drastically bad happens. All good so far. Just wish all the huge potholes when getting in would get filled.Parking: The roadway to enter is filled with the largest potholes I've ever seen. Watch where your wheels are going or you'll bottom out/ pop your tires/ possibly get Stuck in the gigantic potholes.

I have been sitting in this drive thru for 20 minutes and have not moved. It’s one that you can’t get out of it was not worth it.
Most unprofessional place i’ve ever worked. Worked here 2 full weeks and never got a uniform. Never finished my elearning. Told them my availability, they scheduled me on my off days anyway. The GM would consistently not show up. And yet crew eould get yelled at daily. Don’t work here if you respect yourself.

For a quick and tasty inexpensive meal, using the drive thru and ordering through the app... your order is ready in a flash. Ask for some hot sauce and a drink... and you have a completely enjoyable delicious meal. Try it out.
Workers were very courteous but the short female manager with the short gray hair was SCREAMING at her workers in a derogatory manner, reducing one of them to tears. This turned me off completely and I made it a point to be really super-nice (more so than usual) to the worker who brought me my food. My food was very good and fixed to specifications. But this manager better change her attitude or she is going to have a high turnover with her workers.
