This Taco Bell location is the worst by far. It is not a clean environment. I went yesterday for lunch and ordered the garlic steak nacho fries they gave me half of the portion size that every other location gives and charged the same amount. There were also toppings that don’t venting come on this items mixed in with other topping indicating that they are not clean. Fast food is expensive enough as it is I don’t want to be ripped off! It’s worth driving a little further to the one further out Lima Rd or the Coldwater location.

I will say that took our order was really nice! but the people preparing our food… that’s a different story. not only did i find a hair in my food, but they put all the tacos upside down so when we took them out it all just spilled into the bag. not very satisfied…

1st time at this Taco Bell. Have been told their food is better than all other Taco Bells bc it's not swimming in grease. Ordered online using their app, 35 mins before I wanted to pickup and got a text confirmation stating the time I wanted my order ready. Took off at my lunch time and got there 5 minutes early and patiently waited. Finally after my time came and went I asked the front counter, showing her my text and she didn't even see my order on their screen. She asked the manager Julie. She stated she just received the order and it was being prepared. Meanwhile several orders that had been placed while I was waiting were being handed out. Asked to speak with Julie, she ignored my request. Finally got my meal 12 mins after the request time. Missed most of my lunchtime. No apology was extended except by front counter employee. Very poor handling of this situation by the manager.

This Taco Bell was ordered from Temu. 0/5 would not recommend. Waited almost 30 minutes on my order because employees were arguing with each other and no one was actually working. Once food was finally made, it was thrown together and tasted terrible.
Always my go to late night stop. Jojo at the drive thru tonight was extra friendly and loved that energy, even at midnight.

This seemed like a typical Taco Bell when walking in and ordering. Ordered using the kiosk and looked around at a clean store with a few customers dining in, but did not see many people behind the coounter. Food arrived relatively soon and was hot and prepared well. In taliking to staff member, she said there were only 2 people working at the moment. They were working hard to keep up! Very impressed with their work habit!

I was short a soft taco in l my bag at the drive thru and the incredibly rude woman with an earbud in her ear said it's in there! It was not, she made me give her back the bag and the taco was not there, she got the taco and basically threw the bag back at me. Didn't say one word to me, not sorry, nothing. I have never been treated this way anywhere. It was ridiculous and she shouldn't work with the public.
