I was there tonight to pick up a Doordash order. The lady working kindly said that she didn't have the order as it was picked up already. I contacted doordash support and then support called the store to remake. When I came through again the employee stated they did not have an order and repeatedly called me vulgar names and was very disrespectful and yelling at me. I will be looking for a response from the gm of the store about a resolution to the issue with said employee.

On March 19th around 9 pm. The line wasn't long. And they weren't understaffed as I got to the window and could see at least 4 young adults. I ordered a burrito/ taco box. Which consisted of 4 bean burritos and 4 soft tacos. The burritos weren't horrible. Not that great either but the soft tacos were unacceptable! Barely anything in them at all. And I paid $18.35 for these! I will NEVER get this again! I'm gonna stick to home cooking. So sad!

Food was not good. Everything order was pulled into 1 bag. Crushed smashed food that spilled in bag.03/24. I actually had some good customer service today. Maybe things are changing for the better

I don't know what happened but this Taco Bell is not the same as a few months ago! The food is so good! What a come back!
The food was okay. However when we walked in, all but one of the booths was occupied by employees laying down messing around on their phones. One employee was even vaping what smelled like pot. Another person was mopping and put all the chairs up on the tables so noone else could sit down. It was ridiculous. Oh and the employee that was vaping, at one point went behind the counter and grabbed a hand full of tortilla chips without washing her hands and took them back to ther table to lay back down and vape some more. Totally grossed out by this place and will never return.

I have a restrictive food intake disorder called ARFID which makes it hard me for to eat anything outside of my comfort foods such as nuggies, bread, pasta, etc. I ordered 3 cheesy roll ups and it seems super small to be happy about, but they didn't mix in any tomatoes or lettuce into ANY of them. My disorder is so severe that when any other taco bell puts 2-3 tomato or lettuce pieces in them, i mentally can't eat it. They also put hella cheese which the other places act stingy with it. This really may seem small, but as a 22 year old who has to go to an eating therapist because i'm so scared to try things, it's a big deal to feel comfortable eating here <3
