Worked at this location and they send managers and crew here that like to hug younger coworkers a little too much. Like Dean Owen and another manager that was friends with him that got hired as a GM even though he was a registered PDF File. I called him out to my co workers and was verbally assaulted and had my life threatened for telling people about his public record of being a PDF. Y'all are not safe I wish I sued you for the scar I have on my back. And Felix whatever his name is also a horrible person
They told me to stop acting like I had PTSD after what happened to me at the other location I worked at that left a scar on me and also thought it was so funny to make fun of me for not suing and choosing to work instead like it wasn't my choice that what happened to me did you people are crazy

I ordered via the mobile app while I was in the car with my friend and he forgot to say my name. When we got to the window, my friend said he forgot to state my name (which is true). They then made us pull around again and go through the full drive through line just to receive my order which I ordered at the same time as him. Very disappointed that they could not deliver on time.

This location is horrible. First the employee refused to put the order in a bag. He then didn't tape the box shut. They then shorted my customer a lux box eventhough I told them. The employee wanted to argue about it. I will never pick up an order from here again. Absolutely horrible employees, especially the extremely tall one. Next time this happens, I'll be having a chat with corporate.

Not busy at all inside the restaurant. The wait for food was at least 10 minutes. It was cold inside the restaurant. Prices are decent.
All the taco shells were broken and soggy the service suck there is no greeting as I walked in the door plus I stood there for 5 minutes before I was even looked , the atmosphere is dead there's nobody there lights for dim look like they are about to close not to mention went back a second time and couldn't even go in to eat at 5:00 in the afternoon..
Open your eyes and look at the people running the stores and you wonder why they are the way they are Bring back customer service
Disappointment every time. The bag tag says what should go in the order yet they can never manage to get all my items in there. They can’t do a refund over the phone so check your bag before you leave unless you wanna have to drive all the way from Roanoke to the restraunt again to get your food or be refunded. READ THE ORDER, MAKE THE ORDER, PUT IT IN THE BAG

Food was GREAT! I don't know how to use all the technology to order so I waited a very long time at the counter for service. Had great conversation with other customers. The only improvement could be that there was someone to attend the counter to service people. So people walked out due to the wait.
