Food tastes like old crackers. They won’t take your order you must use machines and it keeps asking you to upgrade or add something.

This location is horrible. First the employee refused to put the order in a bag. He then didn't tape the box shut. They then shorted my customer a lux box eventhough I told them. The employee wanted to argue about it. I will never pick up an order from here again. Absolutely horrible employees, especially the extremely tall one. Next time this happens, I'll be having a chat with corporate.

Not busy at all inside the restaurant. The wait for food was at least 10 minutes. It was cold inside the restaurant. Prices are decent.

All the taco shells were broken and soggy the service suck there is no greeting as I walked in the door plus I stood there for 5 minutes before I was even looked , the atmosphere is dead there's nobody there lights for dim look like they are about to close not to mention went back a second time and couldn't even go in to eat at 5:00 in the afternoon..
Open your eyes and look at the people running the stores and you wonder why they are the way they are

Disappointment every time. The bag tag says what should go in the order yet they can never manage to get all my items in there. They can’t do a refund over the phone so check your bag before you leave unless you wanna have to drive all the way from Roanoke to the restraunt again to get your food or be refunded. READ THE ORDER, MAKE THE ORDER, PUT IT IN THE BAG

Food was GREAT! I don't know how to use all the technology to order so I waited a very long time at the counter for service. Had great conversation with other customers. The only improvement could be that there was someone to attend the counter to service people. So people walked out due to the wait.

Every time my husband and I go to this taco bell, we just get disappointed every time. They don't clean the place, the employees are just in the back cracking it up, no one at the front to greet you.. looks as if they have random people walking behind the counter and not just employees, to me it seems as if the employees allow their friends to go back behind the counter. What happened to employees taking pride in their work, the company's restaurant ?If you want to say it's because of the wage then go get a factory job or something you choose to work there. No one has made you. But if you're going to work there then at least take pride in your job and clean the damn place. It's so disturbing that people have no pride or compassion anymore in the work they do. The employees at this location seem to be just a bunch of hood rats that are going to get this place shut down. The worst part about this was that they were not even busy, 1 person plus my family in the dining room and 2 cars in the drive thru. They have no excuse to leave this restaurant in the condition that it's always in

This location needs to be inspected, and evaluated by the health department and investigated. I’ve had nothing but issues with this one location in particular, they always forget drinks, food, etc.. And then when I went to pick up a mobile order, there was a giant wad of hair in my taco! It almost looks as if somebody dusted or swept, and it somehow ended up in the food. When I brought it to the locations attention, the lady had a very rude attitude and tone, and followed up the “apology”, with a “but these things happen.” When I went up there with proof and a receipt, I had only been compensated with $3.23, and the woman on the phone was in the back still being rude. Now the person who ate the taco is feeling sick. I’m contacting corporate, and the health department as well. Please watch out for this location.
