I have done moble orders from this Taco Bell five times before but tonight was the worst. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:59 PM. Twenty minutes later still not done. When I asked the general manager Caitlyn for a refund she told me I had to go through the app. That was the only response that I got for my food not being ready. Called customer service at 6:35 pm. And they still didn't have my order ready, so I could get my money back. Again, my Order was supposed to be ready at 5:59 PM I got the notification. It was ready at 7:23 PM. Seriously!

Hey just because yall ruined your life and are stuck working at taco bell don't mean make the food like crap pay for more chicken but give me less pay for more Sauce got none last time I got a Chalupa wasn't even fried and was Soaked like why put down the pipe and work
The entire order of 8 tacos, 2 taco supremes, and 2 (3 ordered originally, yes shorted 1) gordita crunches were bagged on top of the mexican pizza that was ordered. Needless to say, I had to scrape the cheese off the top of the box. All I can say is order at your own risk.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! They accidentally did not give my bank card back to me after paying through the drive thru and proceeded to swipe it for the car behind me. After I realized it I was home already and went straight back to the store just to receive attitude from the workers as if I messed up. Not one apology for the inconvenience. There are terrible!

So we went two nights in a row, first night the awesome we did a large order enough for 5 people, lots of special order. Everything came out 👌 👍 . Fast friend top scores.
Second night we can say quite the same we were picking our order and it just wasn't fast enough for the drive through person. Which was a guy, so the they actually laughed at us with the mic on. We said maybe turn you mic off. Order 25 taco because we just wanted out of there and when we pulled up it was a third employees that gave us our food, 51$ dollars. To be treated with first day awesome second day like we were to be made fun of.

What happened to putting meat in the taco's? There was close to a whole tablespoon of meat! More lettuce than anything! Very disappointing. Do better taco bell!
