I came in the other day to pick up an order I placed online which was a $7 luxe box. I was greeted with a wonderful person whom I had no issues with. (Unfortunately cannot remember the name) But, prior to standing there waiting for my order. I heard someone with black hair being very rude to other employees who complimented her for doing good. (Didn't catch her name, I think it started with an A but I can't remember) This is highly unprofessional for someone with a MANAGER shirt. I personally think this behavior should get this individual booted. Despite the bad visit and hearing such foul things coming from this woman's mouth, I've had a very good experience numerous times before with the girl with the face fat and blonde hair. Give that one a raise! She deserves it. Nonetheless, the luxe box was good but you need new employees asap!

This location could use some help with their ice machine. The last few times I've been there they've had no ice. It didn't really matter this time because the person filling my drink was hacking up a lung so I threw the drink out anyway.

Taco Bell on Lima road is not a good one to go to. They have forced us to use the kiosks many times with no customer service option but yet want to be paid more for less work. We were waiting inside for probably about 10 minutes and went thru the drive thru instead. And it was way faster than waiting inside.
