Worst customer service I've traveled at a taco bell. Sat at the counter for 10 minutes to ask about my mobile order and not one person thought to ask me what I needed or even looked in the direction of the counter. Ended up just going through the drive through. Then they put sour cream on my items that weren't supposed to have it.

I haven't been to Taco Bell in 5-6 years, and rightfully so. I visited this location last evening around 8 pm and the attendant was extremely rude and curt. Food was mediocre at best and overpriced for the value received. Exterior of building and lot was filthy and signage dim and faded. Chao Taco Bell.

Went through drive thru around 8pm. I ordered 2 lux boxes 4 cheesy rice and bean burritos and 3 soft shells. My chalupas were hard, i didn't get my nachos and a burrito. I got home to find out others burritos were also wrong. My drinks were only 2/3 full.

Politely asked them to cut the quesadilla fully for my son. Once we received the food you could tell they did not cut it fully and made it an intent to half way cut it several extra times in center so the quesadilla was not able to be held to eat it but fall apart. Terrible service. Terrible food.

Humans refuse to take your order inside. I already did my job this week, I don't need to do other people's jobs too. Left and went down the road to a different Taco Bell and got great customer service and someone to take out order. Won't be going back to this location ever.
Stopped in to grab a quick snack needed to pay with cash. Employee said I had to use kiosk to order, but he could take our money at register, but couldn't take our order so..... how can you take the money but can't take the order?? This isn't the 1st time I've heard an employ at this particular establishment say this to a customer, but it is the last time because I won't be stopping at this one anymore.

They gave my tacos with both sour cream and tomatoes. This was not at all in my order. I actually hate sour cream so much and these tacos are inedible. Do better. This is the worst Taco Bell ever.

Did the drive thru and the menu board was very hard to read. The font was very small. My eyes aren't that good anymore, but I've never had trouble reading a menu board before. Food was good, although I asked for no tomatos and I got tomatos. That's not a deal breaker though. I don't hit Taco Bell often, but sometimes it's just what sounds good. Satisfactory visit.

Yes Yes Yes.... I work late nights and a lot of times I end up at this location late in the evening and I'm sure my order isn't always fun to make but this locations night crew is amazing they always make my food so good and I'm never waiting long and the girl with the blonde hair at the window is always so nice way to go guys Good job!
