Great service but prices and portions have drastically changed. We have gone to this Halls location for years and portions have always been good and prices were very reasonable. Lately the prices have increased to out weigh the decision to dine there as much. When a steak has gone from $20 to $36 it makes you reconsider where you spend your money. I used to purchase the Tavern Salad with Salmon Filet for protein, but the last visit I received a Salmon Finger! We may continue to go there for the delicious bread and an appetizer but we can spend $100 elsewhere and get a better meal for two.

All the food was so good! The prime rib sandwich is delicious, so is the Italian sandwich. My boyfriend also loved the gumbo! They were really busy but were very efficient, we were seated quickly and the food came out pretty fast for as busy as they were. They did forget our breadsticks but the food was so filling and delicious that we forgot about them too! I wish I had room for dessert because it looked delicious

THE WHITE BEAN CHICKEN CHILI IS AMAZING! IT WAS A SPECIAL BUT THEY NEVER SEEM TO HAVE IT. I WISH THEY WOULD MAKE IT MORE OFTEN. I CALL ALL THE TIME TO ASK WHAT THE SOUP SPECIAL IS BUT HAVEN'T HAD IT SINCE. THE BACON BLUE BURGER IS ALSO

Very warm atmosphere, staff was excellent. We had the steak with Cajun shrimp. While good the shrimp seemed a bit over cooked. The steaks were more medium than rare, losing some of the tenderness. Definitely worth a return visit!
