I don't believe I've ever had any issues with Texas Roadhouse. I've only ever been to one location, so I can't speak for all of them, but I absolutely love it there. The food is always delicious, the servers/hostesses are always friendly, and the atmosphere always gives off a "fun" kind of vibe.

I visited this location which upon arrival the greeter stated their would be at minimum hour & a half wait so choosing bar seating which i discovered a bar booth emptied i sat down for service, shortly after a manager I assume arrived and explained that the only bar seats open would specifically be seats around the bar and we would have to move from the booth not and only then informing the greeter the be specic on bar seating i and my guess chose to leave instead of entertain the foolishness i often visit Ft Wayne but my revisit to this particular establishment has ended.

Great place to eat if you get there early, otherwise there's a wait and the place gets very loud.

Parking: Come early so it's quieter and you can find parking.

Texas Roadhouse... Steak, Mushrooms choose your cut and it's that simple. The rolls and butter are a desert almost. Love the dinner Salad as it has toppings unlike many.

1st Riebye was so tough could not even cut it, was sent back and 2nd Riebye was delivered and was just as bad. Let without eating. Never ever has this happened. Very disappointed. And Manager acted like it was no big deal.
