I used to Love going here with my family but last few times I've been there, my chicken wasn't even cooked, my salad was old, greasy and gross.. So I didn't even eat.

Service was slow but they offered us a discount because our food took so long. We didn't even ask for it. Not sure what happened. Food was good when it finally came out.

I had the best experience at this restaurant! All the servers are very friendly always smiling , the managers are GREAT ! They make sure the customers are always happy . Their always doing table touches , their always helping out their servers. The food was great ! Came out fast && was so delicious! The servers were very friendly to our kids . Brought them out crackers && juices just so they were happy until their food came out. I love going to restaurants where they pay attention to our kids as well. I go to Friday’s once a week sometimes more. I highly recommend for birthdays! They came out sung to our daughter, had her stand up, did a shout out. Like this restaurant is sooooo perfect ! We we’ll be back next week !! Thank you so much Lauren !! great service !!

First time here. Well, I can honestly see why we never came before. Our waitress was nice and did a good job, however, our table was sticky, the floor looked like it hadn't been moped, the silverware had stuff on it, the drink menu had ketchup on it, bathrooms were disgusting, out food was OK, didn't get appatizer until 5 minutes after we ate our main food, the sauce for our wings looked like tar. All in all not a good experience.

Stopped there on a Wednesday evening the ribs were good but the salad was mostly lettuce (most salad is ?)but this especially so. Customers were sparse but the wait for the main course took 30+ minutes. The fact that it was part of a mall made it kinda so-so also.

Waited 45 minutes for an open table, the hostess called name after name of people who had long left. If I was a manager and my restaurant was running at 50% capacity with a 40 minute wait, I would allow customers in to fill my tables. What a mess.

I would suggest seasoning the fries somehow and the ribs where a bit dry for me but that's just my taste. The waitress brought me a refill before I was empty and that's always nice. Overall it was a good experience.

This is the first time, in many years, that I have been to Friday's since they renovated. The dinning area is open, attractive and allows the energy to flow without all the noise. The decor is very attractive and the restrooms were in great shape. We went on a busy Saturday evening. I was not excited by the poor parking conditions created by the construction. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly team and immediately seated in the bar. The bar was very attractive with lots of TVs if you want a drink and a game. Our waitress was very nice. She must have been busy because we reallydidn't see her much throughout the meal. My menu was falling apart which was annoying. For dinner we started with the onion rings. The rings were cooked too much. The moderate amount of breading was dark and overly crunchy. The dipping sauce was a BBQ ranch blend. Tasty but didn't completely block the onion taste. I had the wings with the signature whiskey sauce. The wings weren't breaded much. They were also small. However there were about 10 wings which were were tasty. The whiskey sauce is unique. Very smooth, sweet with a bit of bit. My wife's BBQ chicken salad was large and very fresh. It came with the same sauce as the onions. Overall a good place to try.

Sat in the bar. Bar Staff was friendly. Attentive. Only ordered appetizers. I would go back.

Only one server every time I go after after 730PM, but yet they cut servers and there is always enough tables for 2 when I go.The hostess, Serenity has to cover tables and take orders and she seems to be the only one running around working. I gave 4 stars for her and Liz the manager because when she is there things run smoother.Waitress barely comes to table, so no refills, or asking how ur food is and takes forever to get box and bill so u have to ask around.Asked for olive oil for salad gave me 2 blue cheese instead of telling me that they couldn't find it.Finally found out from Serenity after she attempted to get me some, but better then just replacing my dressing and ignoring my request.

This restaurant it's not only lacking good and fast service, but it's lacking a GOOD manager that knows how to treat her employees. This lady doesn't respect her people. Me and other 5 people got hired the same day and a month later the only one left was me. She would fire people just because she doesn't like them. No good or reasonable reasons. Or people would just quit because of the way she treats and yells to employees. No one should feel like going to work is a pain in the a** because they have a shitty boss. Just making the company get bad reputation and bad reviews every week!

Monday stopped to have lunch. Not many customers in the restaurant. I ordered salmon and French fries. Salmon was good but fries were old. I will not go back. Something so easy they screwed up.

My girlfriend and I walk the mall that this restaurant is attached to for exercise. We noticed that there are usually few diners there. After getting a gift card for this restaurant, we decided we would stop in.

Second time we've gone. The wait here is crazy long, but not so busy to justify the crippling kitchen delay. Everyone is stressed out and the attitude of the staff will make you almost feel like you shouldn't have come. By the end of a very long visit there will be no doubt, you shouldn't have come. We wont be back, not unless they make some changes. Restaurants should be able to handle the dinner rush, Friday's fort Wayne just can't.
