I love this place!! I have been here a handful of times and it never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They have a great selection of cocktails and food, everything I have had so far is amazing. The brie grilled cheese is one of my favorites. This has easily become one of my go toās in downtown Fort Wayne if I want to grab a drink or quick bite.

The staff, bar area and the cocktails are the draw for me. The food doesnāt disappoint, I just long for more options-including true and substantial entrees. The atmosphere is unlike the typical Fort Wayne restaurantāin a very good way. It has a speakeasy feel and you can find a seating option to appeal to your mood among the diverse areas. The enormous marble horseshoe-shaped bar is warm and appealing. The appetizers, salads, flatbreads and burgers offer a fresh, new and imaginative take on those items reminiscent of a more dynamic dining experience than Fort Wayne usually offers. Bar staff is outstanding and service is comparable to an upscale fine dining than the limited menu categories would suggest. We Never felt rushed despite a lengthy stay with friends. Bill was impacted by top shelf drink options, but was still reasonable and absolutely a good value. May be our new go to place to casual dining and a great experience.

I am so glad we went to this restaurant. The atmosphere is absolutely phenomenal and the service is the same. Oh, and the food's pretty good too! Drinks also and reasonably priced for these days at least. This is one of my new favorite restaurant/craft cocktail bars in Fort Wayne. Can't wait to go back again very soon. I think also one of the friendliest staffs that I've ever seen. They really care about their customers, it's not a snooty place, though it is a tad upscale, but it's a very comfortable place to go to. As many of you have noticed, I only rate the businesses I see that are worthy of 5 stars. We ate here at about 7:30 today (10/19), and had some of the best service I've had in Fort Waybe in quite a while. Are server was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, personable, and very prompt. Our food arrived quickly, and was absolutely delicious and as-described on the menu. The atmosphere was excellent, dim, but not too dark, with lots of nostalgic 90s music playing. I couldn't have asked for better atmosphere and service on a Sunday night. Well done!

This place has the coolest vibe and is so multipurpose - dress up for date night, or dress down with some friends for trivia night or live music and some drinks! There has not been anything we've tried we haven't liked yet (onion petals, deviled egg flight, and spinach dip are all SO good) and the drink menu is diverse without being overwhelming. Service can be a touch slow, but the staff are all friendly, thorough, and happy to make recommendations or describe the menu items. Finding parking can be a bit of a pain, but that's to be expected in this part of town. They also host a ton of events (their Facebook posts trivia nights all the time, and had an excellent live singer when we went last night), and there is some absolutely gorgeous artwork around the venue for sale from local artists. Overall, we love The Abstract. It's a little gem that we have visited multiple times now and will definitely be back for more!
