The customer service is awful and will not listen. Even surprised they've been in business this long. Not the cleanest place as well. I do not recommend. I'd rather go to crazy pinz.

My fiance and I went here for a double date with some friends and we were doing a date challenge. The challenge was to roll the ball in different ways down the bowling alley with bumpers. The lady working there would not let us do it saying men can not have bumpers. We understand that men can not have bumpers because they roll the bowling balls too hard. However, we were not bowling we were rolling the bowling balls down the lane in different ways. We were not going to destroy the bumpers nor were we children. We know how to be gentle and not destroy equipment. It also is sexiest to assume every man is super strong and can destroy bumpers. The lady who talked to us was also super rude about it and lacked customer service. She just said "no" or "no it is our policy". Instead the lady could have said "We are sorry for the inconvenience especially sense you are on a double dat. To make it up to you we would like to provide you with_____". This would be a better way to handle the situation and to provide excellent customer service. The only good thing is their fries were good, also they have some yummy beers on tap.

The food was wonderful. Delicious, great portions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order and another 6 minutes to get a to go box. Besides that, the food was awesome.

We had a great time! I came with my sister since she had the day off school, very clean (including the bathrooms!), great staff and all around fun time - prices reasonable as well. We will definitely be back.

Website says open bowl for Saturday. Even all the signs in the building say open bowl for Saturday's. Funny how that changes when you show up at 4:00 on Saturday for open bowl and it's filled with leagues. 40 lanes open and none for open play...

This place was so damn racist. They came up to my FAMILY 3 different times to ask for our ID's. As if we weren't of age to be drinking. we ALL showed our ID's. The cop there was rude and would not stop harassing us so we left.
