Great service... way overpriced Thanksgiving meal for the food. Potatoes were just add water type. Green bean casserole was mostly casserole little green bean.

This hotel was just what we needed to have a great celebrating my moms 74th birthday. The staff, specially Deyanna, were exceptional! They took care of my mom and made her feel super special. The rooms were big, clean and great rates. We were able to get a senior discount which made price reasonable. I look forward to heading back soon. Thanks Courtyard you are doing a great job training for costumer service!

Deanna maxfield at the front desk was absolutely amazing! I'm a flight attendant and basically live in hotels and she is the most incredible person I've ever came across! Her smile is contagious and she is so upbeat and positive! She made my stay so much better, the hotel itself is beyond awesome but she put the icing on the cake!! Stay here and I'm sure she will put a smile on your face as well!

The hotel is really clean and has a good location for downtown. The main thing that frustrated my husband and I was that the fitted sheet on our king bed didn't fit at all. When we first walked in the room, the sheets had already come off of the corners, then all night, we were waking up to it crumpling up and us sleeping on the bare mattress (which is pretty gross). When we told the front desk when we checked out, they didn't apologize, they just said "okay". It's a Marriott we don't expect five star treatment per se, but sheets that fit the bed seem pretty basic, and at least an apology would have been nice.

Rooms were very nicely updated and really liked the shower and glass door instead of the standard tub and shower curtain. The linens, pillows and bed were comfortable and good quality. Cheap parking was great! Lose a star for the old style AC which is loud when running. The lobby also didn't encourage me to linger due to some artificial scent they pump in there. Also bummed they didn't have a hot tub only a pool. On a side note don't eat at the restaurant attached. Bland food, watered down coffee and not the best service.

The Courtyard Fort Wayne was our last stop on the Hot Rod Power Tour. The hotel staff were prepared for our arrival and couldn't have been more professional. We ate at the bar and, again, the staff handled the large group of people professionally and with ease. We were impressed with them all. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Matthew even gave us a tutorial on whiskeys. The guacamole was unique with seeds and fruit and it was delicious.

Had dinner with a party of 4 before a show at the Embassy last night. There were multiple things that went wrong, service was slow and waited over an hour for our food, server was not readily available, ordered full order of nachos to share and received a half order, ordered the wings to share as well and were surprised to see it was an order of 3 full wings but they did have a nice Smokey flavor. Ordered filet that came with fries, the filet came out blackened and dried out,

Thank you for an awesome stay. We got To check in super early which was nice as we has an event at 5 we needed to get ready for. When our TV didn't work you sent someone up right away to fix it. We normally are loyal to another hotel chain but stayed here since our event was here and after this stay will be re evaluating our hotel loyalty.

Really simple -- if a guest make a confirmed reservation, honor it. If you are going to overbook the hotel, notify the guest AHEAD of time. While the front desk person was nice about explaining the situation and alternative, it is still so much easier to notify in advance.
