The food was really good but the service was really bad. Sat there for 15 waiting on someone to come by and take a drink

Lots of choices and they all sounded good. So I started off with the chili and the pretzel sticks. Both were delicious. Great to be honest with you. I got a burger with the pulled pork. It was very good. The pulled pork was a little dry and kept it from 5 stars because it was good but not the best. My waitress was excellent. Thanks for the service. Next time I’ll have to try the ribs or brisket. It’s open late so give it a try.

We ate dinner at Smoky Bones today and enjoyed every bite! We started with s cup of brisket chili and an order of 3 long, warm pretzel “bones” with warm beer cheese for dipping. The chili had lots of brisket and was very flavorful. The pretzel sticks and beer cheese was very good. One of our entrees was a half rack of ribs with sides of cornbread with honey pecan butter and BBQ baked beans. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the honey pecan butter was the perfect compliment for the wonderful cornbread, and the baked beans were very tasty! Our other entree was the two 4-ounce filet medallions with the addition of 6 grilled shrimp, sides of the cornbread and potatoes au Gratin. The steak was perfectly cooked, the grilled shrimp were tender and flavorful. We both agreed that we would order our same entrees again because they were so good. I would also like to try the fried pickles starter and try to save room for one of the desserts. In summary, we will definitely go back soon.

This is a very good restaurant. The food was excellent. I had the St Louis Ribs and pulled chicken with baked potato and broccoli and lemonade to drink. Thing I found wrong was the water, it not the restaurant fault, I think the city of Fort Wayne needs to fix there water system. I would suggest just ordering soft drinks or lemonade when you go out...just say the water will catch up with you later with serious bathroom run...all city water not the restaurant. My waitress name was Summer, she knew the menu, she answered all my questions and gave me fast service in a busy restaurant. Great location Wal-mart is right across the street

All of the food was nearly cold when it arrived, we used DoorDash for delivery. Four of us got custom burgers, another a chicken sandwich, all with fries. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be a regular fried, instead it was a spicy chicken sandwich. The only choice for a bun was either brioche or no bun, you couldn’t order ketchup or mustard directly on the sandwich, it only came in packets. My horsey mayo sauce was bland at best. You can’t just order salt on the fries, the closest option is salt & pepper. What a colossal waste of money even with the DoorDash discount we had.

Stopped by on a Saturday night. Had reserved a party of 4. Seated right at our reservation time. Service was great. Food and drinks were even better!

Never shopped there

Stopped in to try Smoky Bones because it was recommended by family. We tried the flavored steaks, and both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Our sides were below average in size for sure. Service and atmosphere were both good. The only drawback was the value for families. I believe that both the food & soda prices simply won't work for families looking for a good value. Great for a night out on the town if you know what price to expect.

Terrible. Unfortunately they are severely understaffed. However, the host didn't say anything to us when we arrived on Sunday at about 3PM. We stood in the front of the restaurant for 20 minutes without being acknowledged, so we left. We understand being understaffed, but we were more upset that literally NO ONE said anything to us.

Usually forget about Smokey Bones as they are a little further away. But their food has always been delicious. You can truly smell that they smoke their meat, smells amazing when you walk in.
