Waitress (Elizabeth had to be tracked down 3 times. Mangaer Jake didn't seem to care. Dinner took us 2 1/2 hours. I'm though with them

First time trying Smokey Bones and we loved this place. Especially impressed with the overall flavors and consistency of the food. But the service and atmosphere was great too. We ordered their original style ribs, brisket grilled cheese, appetizer shrimp, and for sides, brisket chili, corn bread (pecan butter is amazing), and Mac & Cheese. Also, aside from the Carolina Mopping Sauce, every other BBQ sauce is excellent. Everything we ordered was very, very good. You can tell this place is well managed. We'll definitely be making Smokey Bones a regular place when we come into Fort Wayne.

I called in an order via Uber Eats. The ribs were some of the worst, most disappointing ribs I've had anywhere. Small. Very little meat. The baked beans were good. The chili was bland. I did not receive the banana pudding I ordered. That was the main reason I ordered anything at all. Total trash experience.

I'm out in Indiana visiting family and this is a go to for them so we decided to go. I would have given them 5 stars but it took a while for someone to greet us once we walked in. Our server Victoria was friendly and very attentive. The three of us ladies shared a fried pickles and a Bonfire for 4 ( just so we would have leftovers to bring my brother). The food was all warm and very flavorful. The meats were all moist and had their own distinct flavor. My favorite BBQ sauces were the Carolina Mop and the Mustard. The Bonfire was a great variety of meats and leaves you smelling like you were out camping around the fire. Another amazing thing was that they had Coke Zero on the fountain! It was pretty empty for lunch time but the rest of the restaurant was clean and looked wide open. We will definitely be back. Thank you Victoria for a great first experience.

The food was really good but the service was really bad. Sat there for 15 waiting on someone to come by and take a drink

Lots of choices and they all sounded good. So I started off with the chili and the pretzel sticks. Both were delicious. Great to be honest with you. I got a burger with the pulled pork. It was very good. The pulled pork was a little dry and kept it from 5 stars because it was good but not the best. My waitress was excellent. Thanks for the service. Next time I’ll have to try the ribs or brisket. It’s open late so give it a try.

We ate dinner at Smoky Bones today and enjoyed every bite! We started with s cup of brisket chili and an order of 3 long, warm pretzel “bones” with warm beer cheese for dipping. The chili had lots of brisket and was very flavorful. The pretzel sticks and beer cheese was very good. One of our entrees was a half rack of ribs with sides of cornbread with honey pecan butter and BBQ baked beans. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the honey pecan butter was the perfect compliment for the wonderful cornbread, and the baked beans were very tasty! Our other entree was the two 4-ounce filet medallions with the addition of 6 grilled shrimp, sides of the cornbread and potatoes au Gratin. The steak was perfectly cooked, the grilled shrimp were tender and flavorful. We both agreed that we would order our same entrees again because they were so good. I would also like to try the fried pickles starter and try to save room for one of the desserts. In summary, we will definitely go back soon.

All of the food was terrible!! The half slab of baby back ribs tasted freezer burned and were the size of a quarter of a slab. The baked beans tasted like rewarmed great value canned beans and the pulled pork was a portion for a toddler. We would have returned to the restaurant to complain about the food and the long wait for the food. After this experience I more than likely never visit a Smokey Bones ever again.

Stopped in for lunch. We ordered lunch plate of pulled pork. Food was not hot. Flavor was OK. Wife had chicken salad. The chicken was shredded and cold. (Note: salad has chopped tomatoes that are not listed as part of salad. Wife doesn't eat tomatoes. Service was slow. Place not particularly busy. 4 tables needing to be bussed during the entire time we were there. The booths and walls need to be scrubbed.

I added a review a while back where I explained how my mom and I came in and were ignored and treated badly for the entirety of our time here. The manager gave me his email address to discuss and he never got back with me. This was three months ago. Not understanding the point of giving me his email address if he was just going to ignore the email. Seems like everyone here just ignores their customers lol

Food was very good. The waitress was very nice but a little on the slow side had to wait on drinks and food for a while and it was not busy, but overall was a very good experience. I would recommend it.
