Our wedding venue was absolutely beautiful! Nichole went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, making every detail look stunning. From the moment we arrived to the very end of the night, the entire space was beautifully set up and truly magical. We got married one month ago (June 2024) and I couldn't imagine going with a different venue! Everything was clearly explained and taken care of by a kind and experienced staff. The groom's parents got married there when it was 'The Shiloh'. It meant so much to our family to make new memories there! Prior to the wedding we also took dance lessons with The Fort Wayne Ballroom Co. that rehearses there. So we got to dance ahead of time at our venue!

Hi Brides, I’m a bridal stylist. If you book your wedding here and plan on having hair and makeup done in their getting ready room just know that the room is tiny and not enough lighting. There are not enough outlets for styling tools. There is no air circulation. They had a small plug in air conditioning unit that felt great once you first entered the room but didn’t last long. After about 1hr it was SO HOT in there. The bride and everyone else were sweating! It was bad! The bride was told they could not get into the building until 12:30pm to get ready. Most venues allow the bridal party a start time of at least 9am. They let us in at 12:15pm. If you want an open place with good lighting, enough outlets and air conditioning to get ready for your special day, get ready somewhere else!

We celebrated our friend's wedding here in June 2023 and it was a great environment. It was very cute and had everything you need in a venue. Loved the whole vibe, from the decor, the brick walls and wood floor. Definitely recommend for events and small weddings!

The staff takes care of everything with amazing attention to detail, you feel cared for, the venue itself is stunning, and they go out of their way to make sure that you're accommodated. We just recently had our wedding at The Charles--we used the outdoor area for the ceremony and came inside for the reception. We LOVED the way everything looked--inside, outside, all the decor. Everything looked stunning. We loved that they took care of the center pieces and overall decor for us--one less thing for us to worry about.The only real issue day of was it was an 80 degree July day. It was hotter inside than it was outside. I'm not sure what happened to the AC, but it definitely caused more than a few guests to leave early or miss some of the festivities because they were outside trying to get some air.I did have a couple of issues in the year leading up to the day with communication with the staff. A couple of my emails went unanswered for upwards of a week until I called and left a voicemail, and then received a reply. I'm not sure what happened with those, but it was only a couple of times out of the dozen or so times I was in contact with them. The other times they responded in a reasonable amount of time.
