You won’t be disappointed!!!! Food is phenomenal!!!
This had the potential to be one of the GREAT businesses in the area. However, the customer service is unbearable and the 'daughter' of the owner is bringing down the entire operation. The owner is amazing, delightful, and an impeccable cook! Dealing with her is a treat in itself. HOWEVER, as they grew, her daughter took over the catering side and is driving this business into the ground. She's rude, insufferable, has terrible communication skills, is DISHONEST, and doesn't return emails for weeks on end. Her communication is so bad, it's no longer worth the hassle to deal with this business. She is dishonest (I have proof) financially, and appears to really hate her job. She treats potential and current customers like they are an inconvenience to deal with, so she waits weeks to respond, and her responses are RARELY to the point and almost never answers the question. Even when she did finally communicate, she didn't take notes and everything was a MESS.What's so sad, is the creator of this business is kind and her food WAS AMAZING...but having to deal with this young woman who knows very little about business, customer service, honesty, communication, or people relations it's just not worth it. After having dealt with this company before the daughter came on board, I was shocked at how bad it became and regretted the referrals I gave (who in turn, had similar AWFUL experiences with her running the catering side). I am aware of 4 separate experiences with the same awful results......so this was NOT a fluke, including 2 of mine. Yikes! Hiring family isn't always a great idea!

We recently collaborated with The Kitchen & Co on a Spring Editorial Photoshoot, and I was blown away with the creative food styling that this biz made happen, and truly with unusually short notice. We were looking for charcuterie and appetizers with a modern flair and they did not disappoint! Plus, everything was truly as good as it looked. Highly recommend!

We were impressed & pleased with everything about our catering order (45 sack lunches), from the initial conversation to delivery and follow-up. To a person, everyone enjoyed their tasty, fresh lunch. We will use Kitchen & Co. again and again.
Have tried products from this company before but when I went to inquire about an estimate for a wedding the customer service was horrible. It was so hard to get a response back and whenever I called the “person” was always busy. I get that businesses are busy but not answering potential clients emails for multiple days and being dismissive made me look for other companies who are actually communicative.

This little spot was a great place to visit grab unique snacks and wine tasting. I purchased a charcuterie board with an assortment of meats cheeses and spreads along with crackers. We sampled chocolate hummus with chocolate graham’s and it was surprisingly delicious. They are very knowledgeable on their products. Highly recommend!

Stopped by yesterday because I've been meaning to check out their cheese/crafted selection and I have to say... WOW! The staff was incredibly kind and offered me and my husband all kinds of samples and advice when it came to picking out items to try. I opted for a selection of both vegan and dairy options, and first I'll note that you couldn't even tell the difference! The Dare¨ vegan pepper jack was an all around favorite. All and all, loved the place and will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!
Dietary restrictions: Great vegan cheeses and blends.
Great spot inside Union Street Market. Tons of specialty cheeses and other charcuterie items. Picked up a nice small-medium sized charcuterie plate for only like 23 bucks, they made it on the spot.If you're planning on having a dinner party or entertaining I would stop in.

I can’t say enough good things about this business or the team that runs it. This was the first big event Do it Best has had since our move to the Electric Works campus where we needed to feed a large group of company leaders over several days of training and Kitchen & Co. completely exceeded our expectations. Over the course of three days we hosted two breakfast grazing tables, a breakfast buffet (the Big Breakfast) and two days of boxed lunches. The grazing tables were completely different each time so there was no repetition. We even had one team member cry a little when she tasted the candied bacon because it was so good! The Big Breakfast is no joke and we were able to feed a lot more people than we expected, which made a great impression and ensured some very happy people. The boxed lunch came packaged in a cute brown box and included everything you would need. What was especially nice with the boxed lunch is you have the option to have one of their delicious wraps turned into a salad for a gluten-free option and it also comes beautifully packaged. All the boxed lunches were well labeled—the team even wrote each person’s name on their specially prepared box. Kitchen & Co. were always on time with their deliveries and setup, even when they had to run in the rain. We had so many compliments and all of their hard work made us look good in front of our company leaders.
