Tried to order 6 doughnuts, they were out. Asked if I could wait for some to be made, was told they wouldn't be able to make some until after 8 when more employees came in. Placed an order for 3 other doughnuts. Got to the window and decided I had time to wait, so asked if I could add on the 6 doughnuts and I'd wait. Where manager (with attitude) told me she couldn't guarantee they'd be done by 8 cuz the employees don't come in until 8. I said that's fine. Then she said she couldn't do it, cuz she has more important breakfast food like hashbrowns to make instead of my order. I said but doughnuts are breakfast to.... they closed the window. When they opened it to hand me my drinks they were laughing in my face. The 3 doughnuts I recieved were hard and stale. And this is at 7:32am. How am I receiving stale old doughnuts so close to open? Would not recommend. The food products are always out of stoc and the employees are rude. Also they had 4 employees (that i could see) there with a locked lobby only running drive thru. They also didn't give me my recipt.

I witnessed the manager being incredibly nice to a former employee, put an inspirational message on her coffee and everything. That kind of wonderful workplace environment is rare and special.

I don't understand this place. They are next to a hockey rink. There is a tourney with lots of games and lots of people. They Never seem to have any thing but "a very limited amount" of items. No way out of the drivethrough when you are told they have nothing you ordered so you wait to go through the very slow line. It is seems like it is NEVER worth the time to try this location.
First time ever coming here and it was alright the blt bagel was HUGE and delicious. Customer service could be better, the girl that helped me was very short with me and seemed irritated that I asked a few food questions… because I’d never ordered there…. Other than that not a long wait time and also got a small Oreo ice cap that was delicious.
Parking: There isn’t many parking spaces and it’s set up weird and almost got hit on my way out.

Fast, friendly staff. Probably the BEST morning drive thru crew ANYWHERE. If you dine in the air conditioner is cranked up all the way and can be uncomfortable. But, if you're picking up a take out order you'll not find a better crew anywhere in town!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of menu items to keep the little ones happy.

Called 35 minutes in advance and they told us their lobby would be open in 20 minutes. We showed up, the door was locked, we called 3 times, they kept sending us to voicemail and we didn’t get food or anything.
