Ordered and paid, they gave us our drinks and told us to pull ahead to the front. 30 minutes later we went inside to see why it wasn't brought out yet. They had forgotten about our order. It was a busy Saturday and looked like they were under staffed. It sure is tough to find hard working people, possibly current employees could use some training. Looks like a popular place and could bring in a lot of money if done well.

I go here every morning to get a cold brew and Sat morning I asked her to put more cold foam and she straight up said there's enough in there. I told her I wanted to pay for more and she said there's enough. So, that was pretty weird.

They took my order and then left me sitting at the drive-through window for over five minutes and then when I asked, was it because they were making fresh donuts, she looked at me astonished like what do you mean? I asked well because I've been sitting here for so long she said oh well there's only three employees and we have a line out the door.. There was nobody in the restaurant. I literally was the only person in drive-through.. And then I get home to see these ugly donuts.
