In line with one person in front of me. I had 20 minuets until I had to be clocked in for work. That should be plenty of time right?!!?!!? Nope. Half the stuff on the menu they no longer carry. Staff is always short and very rude. And don’t get me started on what is not working like the credit card machine, steamer or expresso !!! Would be nice to be able to grab a cup of coffee on my way into work. I drove thru McD’s this morning!

Lacking consistency. Order the same thing every time. Lately the sandwich either has no cheese and other times it has the incorrect kind of cheese (like today). One time toaster was down for a while, but they don't tell you, so you get something you don't expect. Not pleasant. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Tim hortons is awesome the coffee is great the tim bits are amazing and they have other food as like sandwich's and muffins and they had frozen hot chocolate but it might be a seasonal thing

I always seem to have a problem at this location they always seem to be out of products, items we do not sell any longer but it is still on the menu board. often told hash browns are hard you do not want them, our credit card machine is down for two weeks, always forget to scan my rewards card.

Coffee was not good..filled roll was just ok. Expensive. Clerk had a mask on but no gloves..touching money.

Waited for over 20 min for food. When we asked what was taking so long the African American cook started making racially charged statements about us. When we got our food it was wrong. When we asked to have it made right the employee began to make more racially charged statements. We asked to speak to a manager and she said the AA girl can say what she wants because she "is working off the clock." Went back today and they refused to serve us and threatened to have us banned from the Hospital. poor poor management. The most unprofessional employee and manager I've ever seen.

After trying Dunkin Donuts on Coldwater with no success, not even a returned phone call after 4 attempts and 3 emails, we ordered 320 donut holes from Tim Horton’s for my grandsons wedding. The donuts were for a sweet and salty bar and were talked about all evening, the guests loved them!! The service at Tim Hortons was stellar! Employees were on the ball and we were treated with respect! Kudos to you and your employees!!
