Slow inattentive service. Cleanliness and quality have gone way down in the last year. Very disappointed in what should have been a nice birthday dinner. Birthday girl found a hair in her cake.

Huge selection of food, and one of the biggest sushi selections in a buffet I have seen, beautiful place. My favorites here are the sushi, peanut chicken, general Tso chicken and several more.. would have given a higher rating, but they have a tendency of over cooked or stale food, which makes it tough.. and it smells like a seafood market.. service is not great, plates pile up before they come back to check and drinks refills are hard to get.

It really was bad. I went at 4:15 p.m on a Wednesday and absolutely everything was old food. That may not be the best time to go, but I hated it. 20 bucks for ew David!
The one star was because the crab rangoon was tasty but old.

Great selection of food. Big place. Price is good and the food is fresh. Plenty of seating for large groups. It's a buffet and they have about everything you could want.

Visited around 12:30 on 11/11. Watched an employee sweep with a broom next to me and other patrons, then removed lint from the broom with her hands - did not change her gloves and procedeed to take cups from tables to refill for patrons. She tried to take mine but I said no so she brought a pitcher of water instead to refill my cup after removing one glove and using her hand. She then removed her glove, wiped her nose with her hand, got on her phone, then ate food before immediately proceeding to refill other customers cups and deliver checks to those finished eating. No hand washing that entire time and didn't change her gloves once during any point. I looked up the Allen County Board of Health reports - their last inspected was in October 2025 and they were in violation of over health 28 codes. I won't be going back there ever again.

I’ve tried to give Tokyo a chance thinking maybe it’s just been a rough day but every single time if it looks like someone is done, they rush you to pay the bill and get pushy with it. Every time I have gone the wait staff is rude. I’m sure I’m not the only person who has noticed this.

I have been in Fort Wayne since March & had never tried this buffet. There was an excellent variety of all types of food. The servers were very attentive to the needs of the diners. I would highly recommend. The prices were right, too for this buffet.

I was visiting from Texas and got the worst food poisoning I've ever had from the chicken throwing up all night and was sick on the plane home. I haven't eaten at a buffet ever since. AWFUL
