We have tried to go to this restaurant for weeks! Finally was able to get reservations last night! Our waitress was wonderful, shared our story with the owner and she is from Rochester so she came out and chatted with us! Farm to table with first class customer service!

All the dishes we have tried from here have been fantastic. Christian has been our waiter when we have gone, and he does a great job creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing knowledge of the menu. If you’re looking for a nice night out, this is the place to go!

The pork belly went surprisingly well with the waffles. I had the scallops which I highly recommend trying before the off season them from the menu. My coworker had the ribeye and o can say it will be hard not to order next time. I would have liked a little more salt but I am a heavy salt guy. Can't wait to go back again. One of my new favorite places

Couldn't have had a better first visit. Tolon was referred by a friend and the night was perfect. Dinner was wonderful, our table allowed us to window watch the people walking by and the service allowed the perfect intervals between courses.
We will be back.

Absolutely the best steak I have ever had. When you have a great steak, you remember it. My top three have been from 19 Steak & Seafood at the Belterra Resort in Florence, IN, St. Elmo's in Indy, and 1875 at the French Lick hotel. I now have a new #1 and it's Tolon. There is no describing how flavorful their ribeye was. And tender. Wow. It was just perfection and I cannot wait to go back. Others in my party ordered the Scallops and the BBQ Pork Chop with Watermelon Slaw. Everyone was commenting on how good the food was. Christian was our server and was awesome. Kudos to the chef. Please don't change a thing. We visited on 8/28/2025.

What a fabulous place! The food is some of the best in town. The burnt ends are delicious! The duck fat fries and chips are amazing!keep up the fabulous work!
