I have never been there at all
Bring back the Nashville hot chicken and waffles … even at dinner! That was the best thing on the menu now gone

We are so happy with our dine in! Kennedy was great & the food was outstanding! We enjoyed app’s, entree & desserts! During our stay, a gentlemen came in noticeably rushed to pick up his to go order, his wife has been in the ICU & his had a rough week. We witnessed the owner refusing to take his money knowing his a regular supporter of the restaurant & his story, they hugged it out! The feels!!! Outstanding locally owned restaurant who know & care for their customers!

Very good food, I had the chicken, my wife had the burger. Please excuse her enthusiastic bite, she was very hungry.
So grateful to have a place downtown doing it right: whole experience was awesome. I got a roasted duck risotto and enjoyed every bite. Cheap? No. Made with intention? Yes.

Best meal I've ever had. Ribeye was spot on, trimmed and cooked perfectly. Whatever that popcorn dessert is ....GET IT!! By far, a carnival in your mouth. Perfect portions, cooks work right in clear view. Local owner, local food. Downtown is building up, better eat there now before everyone in this town finds out about it.

The food never disappoints and the wait staff are wonderful too in my experience. It’s disappointing that I recommended this place to a coworker for savor fort wayne and he took his wife there on Thursday night (not busy at all) just to be treated with hostility by an owner/manager. This person also chewed out their server, loudly exclaiming how they don’t know what they’re doing asking to share the multi course menu. Which is ridiculous because 1) the restaurant is still serving the same amount of food regardless, 2) the question deserves being asked, a lot of people want to experience restaurant week and drive relatively long distances for it, it’s reasonable to want to restaurant-hope while they’re in town, 3) if this is not how the establishment wants the menu to work- that’s fine but why treat your customers with hostility? Doesn’t that beat the whole purpose of hospitality? Very disappointing to hear the owners treat patrons this way. I always want to support local businesses and have had pleasant food experiences at Tolon, but I would hesitate to come back because this is unacceptable behavior from a restaurant owner or manager who.

Food was overly salty and nothing special. Only good item our table had was the kale salad. Plus it took over an hour to get our food! Our waiter was great though.

To whom it may concern,
My husband and I visited Talon on the first night of Savor Fort Wayne 2026. The food was warm, but the same could not be said about the manager.
She brought our food and informed us that it was against Savor Fort Wayne’s rules to split a meal. The problem wasn’t splitting the meal, the problem began with her exclaiming loud enough for the tables beside us to hear.
After she left, a customer on the other end of the restaurant approached us to let us know that they had witnessed the manager chewing out our server about this situation, before coming over to us.
The tables beside us were now engaged in our predicament, and agreed that the manager had treated all the guests poorly by causing a scene.
We will not be coming back to Tolon and don’t recommend dinning here, not because the food was bad, or we disliked our server, but because of the disruptive manager.

I came to dinner here with my husband on a Thursday night and overall enjoyed my meal, however when the Manager started talking to a server about another table nearby us complaining about how stupid they were for not reading the menu properly and the server, not letting them know that unfortunately they could not split their meal when the manager proceeded to bring out their dinner. She told him that they would have to pay for two meals, even though they only cooked one for them. I talked to the table before I left and told them that I felt sorry for the situation they had been put in and that the manager was talking bad about them in public eye as somebody who works in the restaurant business I do not feel like it is professional for any manager to talk poorly about a table in front of other customers mind you this manager did this at the host stand less than 5 feet away from our table and had no shame in Her actions. As somebody who has respect for others around me, I will not be returning to this restaurant as I do believe the manager was the owner based on pictures online.

We have tried to go to this restaurant for weeks! Finally was able to get reservations last night! Our waitress was wonderful, shared our story with the owner and she is from Rochester so she came out and chatted with us! Farm to table with first class customer service!
