Saw this place as I was driving by so thought I'd stop in. I was very disappointed the name must be some inside joke or something. I went to the bathroom and wasn't in there more then a min when the guy in the next stall started tapping his foot . So I reached under and it was huge. I thought woohoo and wouldn't you know it strict bottom. So I let him take care of me and he left over the next 3 hours this exact thing played out 4 more times. I swear they need to call this place bottoms tavern.

John, the karaoke DJ is most definitely the King of Sing. He is professional and friendly, while providing the best experience in singing. The staff at Tops are awesome. Very attentive to keeping you fed and drinks flowing. This place deserves to be number one in Fort Wayne!

I’ll never go back. I got thrown out because I propped me legs out on the adjacent bar stool. My shoes didn’t touch the bar stool, only my lower calves. That’s how they treat ya here.

Avoid if you value respect. The owner kept harassing a woman and calling her a man until she left. a patron! Who does that? Absolutely embarrassing for him as a person and business owner. I was ashamed to have brought a guest here tonight. My family has spent so much money here, but there’s no way myself or any of them will be able to support this business after this unacceptable behavior.
