My daughter LOVES the Korean culture and this was a fun stop for us as a family but I’m excited that it’s close to work and I can grab snacks on the way!
The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The store itself is very clean and organized. Will be returning!
Great store in Fort Wayne! Full of Korean goodies and the food is amazing!
Very nice ladies drive an hour and a half got there 10 minutes before close and they still were very nice and polite and answered all my questions
It was quite and peaceful and the snacks were delicious
I recently visited True Kimchi, a Korean convenience store that seemed promising from what I've seen on social media-- bright lights, neatly stocked shelves, and a wide selection of snacks, drinks, and daily essentials. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment once I took a closer look at the prices.
Nearly every item was significantly marked up. Basic snacks like chips and instant ramen cost almost double what they would at other local stores. Even bottled drinks—staples you'd expect to be reasonably priced—were strangely expensive. I picked up a pack of kimbap only to discover at checkout it was priced like a restaurant meal, not a quick convenience bite.
To be fair, the store was clean, and the staff were polite, but it’s hard to justify such inflated pricing when you’re just trying to grab a few everyday items. Unless you’re in a pinch and have no other options nearby, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other asian convenience stores in the area that offer the same products at much more reasonable rates.
It’s like the 7-11’s in Korea! Truly an experience
Amazing service!!!!
LOVE IT! Great place and amazing staff!
Love true kimchi, I get 90% of my korean snacks from here now (used to get them at larger retailers and online). Never tried them Cafe part of it, just the store. But I love the selection of frozen things like ice cream and korean corn dogs, and refrigerated items like Kimbap, spam musubi, the strawberry sandwiches, breads, etc.
