Food wasn’t terrible at all, pizza was great. It was just the service that was questionable. The brown haired girl definitely does not need to be working the front counter, she doesn’t know what she’s doing and her customer service skills were very poor. She swore quite a lot, couldn’t even order because she kept interrupting me asking if I was finished— just seemed like she wasn’t all there in the moment. Delivery driver was also just sitting in the lobby watching videos very loudly the entire time. Only worker that was actually doing his job right and working diligently was the young man in the back cooking. Overall though, would go back again for another pizza and to try some other stuff. Might just order over the phone next time instead.

I have ordered from Vito’s for years and the food and service are generally pretty good but this time, the food was absolutely terrible! The sausage roll was absolutely nothing but dough and pizza sauce with 4 pieces of pepperoni and no damn sausage and some hard plastic cheese! The other roll was to be with everything and it was basically filled with mushrooms a few pieces of sausage and cheese absolutely the worst experience ever for $45. Never again will I eat there or recommend anyone to eat there! Ruined my night

I normally order the Vito's Roll with Beef, Perperoni & Xtra Cheese, however, this last time I had very little cheese. Even though I've decided not to go there again due to paying for something I clearly did not get, I made the decision to give a courtesy call to Vito's to voice my concerns. The person I spoke to 9n the phone told me that it was childish to make my decision to not do business there again due to my 1 bad experience.
Been in Fort Wayne for 2 Months, If this is how Vitos treats their customers then I Strongly recommend not to go there because what make a company Great is through service. I personally wouldn't care how good the food was the other 3xs > It's my money {in which an employee does not have the right to tell me how I spend my money via childish or not}, I wouldn't support a business with my money which is content with challenging customer service skills.
Maybe they should look at going under a New Management Team

I have never visited this establishment, but I love how when I'm in the grocery store and they come by and stick there crappy flyer on my car window. Could not peal it off. Had to remove it with a razor blade when I got home!! After seeing the reviews, it doesn't surprise me that they would vandalize someone's car. I took pictures of it. Not happy!! I can't even go to the store. Do like a normal business and send them in the mail!!
To your reply- how about saying sorry for sticking something to your car that you had to remove with a razorblade!! All your negative reviews make sense now. You didn't even ask if damage was done. Maybe dont be a crappy buisness owner and apologize when you make a mistake and fix the situation.

We ordered a pizza, went to pick it up and they had given it to somebody else. So they had to remake it. But instead of going back to the kitchen to make the pizza, they all congregated in the lobby and was talking amongst themselves. I don't believe the online menu. It's way outdated. Everything is more expensive

phone service and delivery service is bad .. I tried to call and get a delivery today and the employee was very rude and not helpful at all and refused to set up delivery because the time of day because it was lunch time , had to order from a different place …
Called around midnight to order food. Guy that answered the phone was very attentive, nice and quick. Let me know I'd have my food in around 30 minutes. Didn't have carrot cake like I saw on an old menu, but quickly offered an alternative! Will update if my food is not great, but I'm expecting it to be good!

They have a great pepperoni with jalapenos and pineapple . The pizza crust is on spot . The baked spaghetti with meatballs are fire . Highly recommended . 😁😁

First of all the fries were old and dry. The garlic bread was hard as a rock. My partner ask for onion rings instead of fries. They put like 5 onion rings over the fries. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! If you order from them GO IN!!!! You should take PRIDE in making people's FOOD.
