First of all the fries were old and dry. The garlic bread was hard as a rock. My partner ask for onion rings instead of fries. They put like 5 onion rings over the fries. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! If you order from them GO IN!!!! You should take PRIDE in making people's FOOD.

Needless to say the restaurant is not being managed correctly. So many issues 1. Trash full in the dining room from the previous day 2. Smells so terrible when you walk in like dirty mop water 3. Dead bugs on a dirty table 3. No ac in the dinning area 4. So called the manager on days never has anything prepared and is always a long wait. 5. Evening time smells like straight weed in there. 6. I called back to talk to someone in charge besides the day manager and yet he was rude so I asked how to get a hold of the owner he said the owner doesn't talk to anyone. So if the owner doesn't talk to anyone does he not know how his store is being run? They are losing business and the team running doesn't care as long as they get a check. Checks will only come in if us customers keep coming in.

Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with peppers on half. The building itself felt a little sketchy—especially the order window setup—but the staff were friendly enough, offered a smile, and kept things simple on the small talk, which I’m good with.
The pizza took a bit longer than expected—maybe 5 to 10 minutes more than I’d guess for a place like this—but it wasn’t a big deal. As for the food: it was decent. Not bad by any means, just not anything that stood out.
Would I recommend it? I’d probably shop around and try other pizza spots before coming back here.

I needed pizza admittedly extremely late but I had messed up and ended up being out way later than originally thought. Didn't want to head back out so gf said Vito's is open and figured why not let's continue my personal journey through low star rated places Fort Wayne finding a jem here and there. Ordered an app sampler, a chicken bacon ranch pizza (requested no onions or tomatoes as gf is allergic) and an order of bread sticks was told it would take an hour which I mean sure it's late but I really needed food and everything else to be good like please. When it came the driver was nice and friendly even calling ten minutes before arriving about an hour and ten minutes later so 80 min when quoted 60 not bad at all especially this late awesomeness! However, once I got back inside I realized someone messed up far worse than I had tonight. Our pizza had both of the items she requested be omitted meaning gf is both hungry and pissed and I didn't have an order of bread sticks. She called back as it was almost $50 and even if everything had been there that's pricey. She was told by whoever picked up the phone that he never heard me ask for onions or tomatoes to be omitted nor did hear her order breadsticks but still the bill was nearly $50? True there are three pieces of pizza gone in the picture because I don't care personally about the onions or tomatoes and she was so hungry she stripped one piece of the pizza of toppings and ate that as there were even onions under the cheese and we didn't touch the sampler after we tried everything and said eh and that was what was left. Food was okay but everything but the driver was well let's say more or less sad. Pizza at best was okay, everything else was tasted and left despite being hungry. Made some shakes with ice cream and milk at home and ate those instead. Happy-ish ending but only cause milkshakes, Vito's had no hand in that whatsoever quite the opposite. I was hoping the reviews were off but they were sadly proven to be spot on.

Thanks to Dale saylor I was able to please my family with a great meal I also appreciate the driver in the jeep compass making it very fresh with the quick delivery.
They have no business sense except on how to sell food at a high price and never get a order correct after a customer spends 40-50 dollars on a order no there knows anything about customer service save your money go somewhere else.

This place needs to b SHUT DOWN. They have the worse servoce and food I have ever came across in my entire life. My husband ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner. We ordered for pick up ( cuz if u order for delivery it either takes 2 hours or it just never shows up) and I was told it would b ready in 20 minutes. I went up there to pick my food up 30 minutes later and of course my food was not done when I got there, but like 5 minutes after I show up they give me my food. I take the food to the car and my husband opened his meal to make sure it was right and of course it wasnt what he ordered. So I took it back in and had them remake it. They said it would b another 20 minites. After waiting 30 more minutes I went in to see if his food was ready and when I went in this dude told me it was gonna b a while cuz they had to defrost the chicken befor they could cook it!! I lost it. I told him to run me my money cuz it has already been over an hour. He told me they dont do refunds and so I went and got my husband cuz he is calmer then i am. So he went in and asked them to make him something different and they said as long as it costs the same. They should have gave us our money back and gave us our food on top of it. They suck so bad. They need to just close down. I will never go back there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. DONT ORDER OR EAT NOTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. Every employee was high on something. Me and my fiance ordered one pizza at 12:35am. Was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. Fine. Called at 1:45 to see what's going on. Was told the driver dropped it off, uhhh no it didn't. They then told us oh sorry we are just busy. 2:35am comes around after multiple phone calls and hang ups from them. I drove 20 mins to this pos place to get our pizza which was never made!! I was told I can either get a refund or my pizza, I said I want both for the inconvenience. Then was told I can't get a refund! I said ok make me 2 pizzas. By this time I was upset more pissed than anything. Cops showed up lmao over making pizzas. End of story it's 3:54 am and I just got my pizza. They close at 3:30am. $30 for a pizza and over 3 hours waiting. If your desperate or want money takin to get no food order here. Absolutely awful!! Oh and if you need to talk to the owner good luck these people never know when he is here! Great way to run a business.
