They have no business sense except on how to sell food at a high price and never get a order correct after a customer spends 40-50 dollars on a order no there knows anything about customer service save your money go somewhere else.

This place needs to b SHUT DOWN. They have the worse servoce and food I have ever came across in my entire life. My husband ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner. We ordered for pick up ( cuz if u order for delivery it either takes 2 hours or it just never shows up) and I was told it would b ready in 20 minutes. I went up there to pick my food up 30 minutes later and of course my food was not done when I got there, but like 5 minutes after I show up they give me my food. I take the food to the car and my husband opened his meal to make sure it was right and of course it wasnt what he ordered. So I took it back in and had them remake it. They said it would b another 20 minites. After waiting 30 more minutes I went in to see if his food was ready and when I went in this dude told me it was gonna b a while cuz they had to defrost the chicken befor they could cook it!! I lost it. I told him to run me my money cuz it has already been over an hour. He told me they dont do refunds and so I went and got my husband cuz he is calmer then i am. So he went in and asked them to make him something different and they said as long as it costs the same. They should have gave us our money back and gave us our food on top of it. They suck so bad. They need to just close down. I will never go back there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. DONT ORDER OR EAT NOTHING FROM HERE!!!!!!

No good. Place order. Done 20min I show up for order. Big momma saying u ant got no order. I'm glad don't want the big momma touching my food anyway. Lol Good thing I'm only 4 min away. God was looking after me tonight. Saved my a. S. S. From getting sick I'm sure ?

Absolutely awful customer service. Every employee was high on something. Me and my fiance ordered one pizza at 12:35am. Was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. Fine. Called at 1:45 to see what's going on. Was told the driver dropped it off, uhhh no it didn't. They then told us oh sorry we are just busy. 2:35am comes around after multiple phone calls and hang ups from them. I drove 20 mins to this pos place to get our pizza which was never made!! I was told I can either get a refund or my pizza, I said I want both for the inconvenience. Then was told I can't get a refund! I said ok make me 2 pizzas. By this time I was upset more pissed than anything. Cops showed up lmao over making pizzas. End of story it's 3:54 am and I just got my pizza. They close at 3:30am. $30 for a pizza and over 3 hours waiting. If your desperate or want money takin to get no food order here. Absolutely awful!! Oh and if you need to talk to the owner good luck these people never know when he is here! Great way to run a business.

Ordered a pizza last night over the phone. It was never delivered and now they don't answer their phone. Would not recommend. Now I have to dispute the charges with visa. Very bad business practices
Every time I order from you the food's always greasy when I call complaint the owner he said nothing can do about it so he just hang up in my face all the rib tips the big order the $14 one they gave me the small one and won't do nothing about it I won't go there again people warn me not to go

First they got my 4 pieces of fish order worng and made chicken ? I told them I did not order chicken I ordered a four-piece fish only so after waiting another 10 or 15 minutes for the fish, they brings out a fish dinner with two little pieces of fish and a fishtail with hard fries ??? all I can say is Vito's has lost my business forever !! SMDH

I came in and ordered a 4 piece wing they gave me extra small wing dings about 10 fries and the end pieces of garlic bread was very rude has a sign up will exchange returns gladly but he told me they don't do return so I asked to see manager they said he wouldn't come up very poor service I will never come back ever
