This location specifically is the best Wendy's in maybe all of Northern Indiana. Friendly staff, fast service, and if anything goes wrong they always do their best to make it right. Highly recommend.

I've been living at the hospital with my newborn son, he was 10 weeks early, im over an hour from home, living at the NICU, took a night to get my other kid to spend time with since weve been apart. We love wendys, so we decided to dine in. It was halloween night. He ordered the double stack bigy bag, I the #1 Dave's Single. A couple bites in it notice the burger im eating is still raw in the middle, I stop my son from eating, check and his burger is raw inside too. Mind you im a NICU mom, I cannot get sick, otherwise I cannot see my preemie baby, I cannot breastfeed my preemie baby if I have food poisoning, I would have to pump and dump if I were to become sick. I showed a staff member and granted she was quick to get us both new meals, but after that experience we didn't even eat the new food that given. Luckily we did not get sick, but I was definitely worried we would. Not a good experience especially during the time I was going through.

Paid $21 dollars for 2 kids meals and 2 small frosties and a large Carmel cold brew. Got pulled forward They came out with the frosties and kid meals. No drinks that came with the kid meals or my large cold brew. But I was so distracted trying to get my kids food laid out for them to eat comfortably in the car So I left. 10 minutes down the road I realized so I tried to call. The phone number online didn’t except calls at that time. And of course the receipt wasn’t in the bag so I’m just SOL 😒
I live a hour away from the store so driving back for that is not in my plans. But I’d love for someone to reimburse my lose.

Jayleon the host did an amazing job. It was incredibly busy after trick or treating and some customers were not being very polite. She kept calm and professional, she got our food quickly and made sure everything was correct. Thank you Jayleon.

Was over charged by about 3 to 4 dollars. Double with cheese, chili and a frosty cost 17 dollars!

Of the three items ordered, one was vastly incorrect. And the other one was disgusting. The incorrect one was that I asked for a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with no tomato,. But what I received was a hamburger that was way smaller than the bun and it had no cheese, no bacon. Actually the only thing it was was a undersized hamburger on a bun. Nothing else on it. And the saucy nuggets were dried up and disgusting. Doubt if I'll ever return.

This is my favorite location! The only issue I have is with one employee. The 1st encounter I had with her I was waiting for a mobile order. They hadn't received it. I'm just standing there waiting for it and she is just STARING at me. I made eye contact with her 3 times and she was just staring creepily at me without saying a word! The next 3 visits she walks around the lobby just talking non stop. I am currently sitting at a table with my son trying to enjoy our meal and she walked right behind me to plug her device in and set it next to me on the windowsill. She is currently walking behind me back and forth to unplug and plug in different devices and is trying to look at my phone as I'm typing this. I told her she needs to wait until we are done but....
She is making us really uncomfortable and my heart is racing. This is just unacceptable.

They are going down at this location I saw a new hire that is known for a fact as big time thief and you can’t just hire anyone they definitely aren’t vetting these people correctly I won’t be shopping at this location again

I just ordered the new Bacon, mushroom, Munster cheese double burger no bun and guess what! It came without garlic sauce and no mushrooms!?!?! Also no receipt! I tried to call the number posted on Google and got a message that it’s been disconnected, wow no surprise there ! Sadly disappointed as this isn’t my first run in with this location not getting my order correct or ever being able to find a way to be reimbursed. Won’t be going here ever again
