Of the three items ordered, one was vastly incorrect. And the other one was disgusting. The incorrect one was that I asked for a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with no tomato,. But what I received was a hamburger that was way smaller than the bun and it had no cheese, no bacon. Actually the only thing it was was a undersized hamburger on a bun. Nothing else on it. And the saucy nuggets were dried up and disgusting. Doubt if I'll ever return.

This is my favorite location! The only issue I have is with one employee. The 1st encounter I had with her I was waiting for a mobile order. They hadn't received it. I'm just standing there waiting for it and she is just STARING at me. I made eye contact with her 3 times and she was just staring creepily at me without saying a word! The next 3 visits she walks around the lobby just talking non stop. I am currently sitting at a table with my son trying to enjoy our meal and she walked right behind me to plug her device in and set it next to me on the windowsill. She is currently walking behind me back and forth to unplug and plug in different devices and is trying to look at my phone as I'm typing this. I told her she needs to wait until we are done but.... She is making us really uncomfortable and my heart is racing. This is just unacceptable.

I just ordered the new Bacon, mushroom, Munster cheese double burger no bun and guess what! It came without garlic sauce and no mushrooms!?!?! Also no receipt! I tried to call the number posted on Google and got a message that it’s been disconnected, wow no surprise there ! Sadly disappointed as this isn’t my first run in with this location not getting my order correct or ever being able to find a way to be reimbursed. Won’t be going here ever again

I just have to preface this by saying that the DuPont Wendy's is the best Wendy's in the area. The food is usually fresh and the staff is friendly. However, Wendy's recently ruined their chicken biscuits with a spongey flavorless processed patty. $4 for this garbage? I won't be going to any Wendy's anymore. With the food quality constantly declining, this was the last straw.

The drive through was so backed up and slow. They had 6 cars leave while I was waiting. I finally left because I couldn't wait anymore. It was 30 minutes and I never made it to the order sign which was only 2 cars the whole time. Not sure why the like took over 30 minutes to not move at all...
I used to go to the Wendy's on Lima and the service, food, and it was clean but not anymore now I know why because the manager works at the Dupont one now.

Just had a single with fries. It was good but not As good as usual. I asked for everything except cheese and tomato. They got that right, but when I got home I had to add ketchup and mustard.the fries were dry.needed ketchup and salt.my wife got there sweet tea and said it was good..

Unfortunately, the service at this location is terrible inside! I love Wendy’s and the food, but I refuse to go here when the cashier is rude & I waited over 15 minutes standing at the counter. No one greeted me. She just rolled her eyes like she was being bothered so no thanks Wendy’s. Thank you
