This is my favorite location! The only issue I have is with one employee. The 1st encounter I had with her I was waiting for a mobile order. They hadn't received it. I'm just standing there waiting for it and she is just STARING at me. I made eye contact with her 3 times and she was just staring creepily at me without saying a word! The next 3 visits she walks around the lobby just talking non stop. I am currently sitting at a table with my son trying to enjoy our meal...

I just have to preface this by saying that the DuPont Wendy's is the best Wendy's in the area. The food is usually fresh and the staff is friendly. However, Wendy's recently ruined their chicken biscuits with a spongey flavorless processed patty. $4 for this garbage? I won't be going to any Wendy's anymore. With the food quality constantly declining, this was the last straw.

Best Wendy's in Fort Wayne

I used to go to the Wendy's on Lima and the service, food, and it was clean but not anymore now I know why because the manager works at the Dupont one now.
