Stopped in and had to use the restroom. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, only one restroom was accessible as the handicap stall was so gross it could not be used. This was at 9:15am this morning. So I’m assuming no one thought to clean it last night, as well as paper towel everywhere and a full trashcan.

No service in drive thru for over 30 minutes, not a single car. I went inside, no service for another 15 minutes. I even ordered ahead on the app. The manager looking lady kept saying how slammed they were while seemingly pacing back and forth. Idk how they were slammed when they weren't taking any orders inside or outside. Incompetent staff

So I was here and grabbed a sausage egg muffin and should’ve checked before I left. When I got to my next stop, I took a bite into it and realized that it was missing something. Where is the egg? This is super disappointing and I can see why it gets the reviews it does. Also service was two. Thumbs down. There was one person working the register. She seemed to have to ask people to clarify the orders multiple times as if she was unaware of how to put certain things into the register. For example, a gentleman wanted the Halloween coupon books, and she had no idea how to put that in. Another person wanted to modify their sandwich and she kept on asking him, what would you like?

Amazing experience! Had a problem with my order on my app, probably 100% user error - my fault. The worker was kind, patient, and helpful. So, shout out to Nykkya for being awesome and making my day better when it was not going well. Plus the food was fresh and tasty! Would highly recommend!

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I used the drive-through service and received my order, but when I opened it at my hotel, I found that it was incorrect. I returned to the restaurant and politely informed the staff of the mistake. The sandwich-maker remade the order, but unfortunately, it was still incorrect.When I brought this to the attention of the sandwich-maker, he became defensive and aggressive. He even went so far as to open the sandwich at the counter and add another piece of meat in a rough manner. I was shocked by his behavior and decided that I no longer wanted to do business with the restaurant. I requested a refund, which was provided. As someone who travels to this area frequently for work and has been a regular customer of this restaurant, I was disappointed by the poor customer service and inaccurate orders. I hope that the management will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their customers.
Worst Wendy's we ever been to. It was 5:30 pm, we were the only 2 customers in the restaurant.. served us cold French fries that had been re-fried, hamburgers were like leather. Awful!!

Out of Salted Caramel Frosty after the order was taken and waited in drive through (lobby was locked at 3pm). This is the seasonal star and you are out??The person taking the orders is extremely rude. Don't waste your time at this location. Food is always way over cooked!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and was asked to pull up to wait for them to cook my order only to have the chicken sandwich be raw in the middle with the outside cooked. Unfortunately I had a couple bites before noticing so I may have consumed some raw chicken.
