I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I used the drive-through service and received my order, but when I opened it at my hotel, I found that it was incorrect. I returned to the restaurant and politely informed the staff of the mistake. The sandwich-maker remade the order, but unfortunately, it was still incorrect.When I brought this to the attention of the sandwich-maker, he became defensive and aggressive. He even went so far as to open the sandwich at the counter and add another piece of meat in a rough manner. I was shocked by his behavior and decided that I no longer wanted to do business with the restaurant. I requested a refund, which was provided. As someone who travels to this area frequently for work and has been a regular customer of this restaurant, I was disappointed by the poor customer service and inaccurate orders. I hope that the management will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their customers.

Out of Salted Caramel Frosty after the order was taken and waited in drive through (lobby was locked at 3pm). This is the seasonal star and you are out??The person taking the orders is extremely rude. Don't waste your time at this location. Food is always way over cooked!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and was asked to pull up to wait for them to cook my order only to have the chicken sandwich be raw in the middle with the outside cooked. Unfortunately I had a couple bites before noticing so I may have consumed some raw chicken.

Girl working drive through today on the 11th around 12pm had a shitty attitude for no reason I work in customer service as a manager if you can’t smile and be kind through the bad days then you shouldn’t be in customer service obviously there are times when it’s appropriate to stand your ground or have to be stern but this girl was just plain rude for no reason we weren’t rude or unreasonable she just didn’t understand what we were saying and got mad it honestly really upset me. There was no reason for it

Mobile order. 1 car in front, 2 behind me after they pulled me forward, again mobile order they’d had 15 minutes to prepare before I arrived.
The kid on the speaker was speaking so fast he wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. After waiting one other employee brings my food out in 2 bags. I asked “this is all of it?” She barely said “yes” as she walked away. I go back to the window and she says “ohhhh, large chili”. To that I said can I get my frosty?
Long story short. Rude staff. Mobile order. It’s written for you, you didn’t have to take the order. Just read it.
