The worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s.Staff likes to hang out in the kitchen with the back door open while they smoke and ect.Nothing was stocked.Lobby has food everywhere and nothing had been swept or even the tables wiped clean.Bathroom was a mess.Trash was overflowing.The main entrance had a broken window as well as the restaurant was in disrepair.“Broken Booths”My wait time was about 20 minutes and they gave us old fries and chicken nuggets that were cold and hard.The family before us had placed a mobile order before arriving at this location and Received there order after us.They offered us there extra food that the staff mistakenly gave them.Staff was rude and the management seemed to be absent.I asked politely for our meal to be made correctly and fresh after receiving it.I gave them an adequate chance to make right on the mishap.To the General manager or regional manager’s, Feel free to contact me.I still have my receipt.

This place is awful. They mess up orders when there you are literally the only person there. The employees are all terrible people who talk about you if you ask for the correct food. Every time I come in I think maybe it's changed, but every time I sit in drive-thru for 20 mins before rudely being "helped".

Not impressed. No crackers for the chili. Music in dining area was too loud. Asked for it to be turned down....it was never turned down. I was told pop machine in dining area was out of order but watched another customer come in from drive thru and use it. Pop appeared watered down. Fries seemed cooked in old grease. Burger tasted awful. White beans in chili not completely cooked. Entire place just not clean. I won't be back.
