Went here for the first time in a decade. Got a medium fry and double beef cheese. Menu was small and my vision poor, I asked them to provided a paper or small menu. They declined, saying it wasn't available. I basically guessed the menu and place my order based on what I thought I knew was there. Ate the food and could just taste the chemicals in the grease. Was tired for the rest of the day. Am definitely too old to be eating fast food anyway. I came there only use the internet (my true reason for eating there). That part worked out fine. Place empty and atmosphere typical.

Came here for breakfast at 7:30 and apparently the whole staff team came in an hour late. Was told there would be a 20 min wait so I started to wait and was then told I was free to wait but to get off of his timer. Had no idea what that meant but he sounded irritated that I would wait so I just left. Don't want any spit in my food
The last few times going to Wendy's maybe once did I actually get service. Several times. I've gone never being addressed that I'm the only person in the line in the afternoon. Another time I went I was asked to hold on even though there was nobody in the dining room. There were no cars in the parking lot except for maybe two. I assume would be workers and then nobody in line of drive-thru. I waited 10 minutes and then I tried speaking and nobody responded so I eventually left because there was a line of cars behind me. Today. I just left after pulling up behind somebody who had been sitting there for who knows how long and after 8 minutes I pulled away cuz I had somewhere I had to be. What's going on

Waited 30 min for my mobile order, then they refused to give me most of my order saying that none of that shows on their screen. I paid for a full order and received 1 item. Staff was rude as well. Never coming back to this

Tried to stop in and get some food. No one was behind the counter and as I tried to leave the building both doors on the south side of the building were locked. An employee saw me try to get out of the doors and just stood there. Not shocked there was no one in there.

Was hungry so decided to get food at my local Wendy's as I had gotten food from there before and it'll be fine right?Wrong.I get there and order two six piece nuggets two double classics and a pub fries (this was for myself and my husband). They were also out of Chili (really? how? it wasn't even that late). Anyway, I get my food and didn't think to check it and went home.I get home and there's the fries, one burger and one six piece nuggets. I was livid. I went back there and showed my receipt and the food (I took it with me). And this kid starts in with me saying "nuh uh I put two six piece nuggets in that bag" and I am basically being called a LIAR in the restaurant. And I came back with "like you put two burgers in there?" So.. they remake the burger I didn't get and I get it and leave.I call customer service. No help. They said they're going to RETRAIN these people.. and I am like.. how does THAT help being called a LIAR. I spent $25 of my hard earned money on COLD food. Thanks Wendy's.. I'll go somewhere ELSE from now on!

I had a hard day at work as my husband called in to tell me we had dog problems (aka poop in the house). So we decided to go to Wendy's and I order my food (and wanted Chili and they said they didn't have it). So I order 2 six piece chicken nuggets, 2 dave's double burgers and a pub fries. I did this through the drive thru and wanted to get home because I was starving. So I get home and notice there's only 1 burger and 1 six piece nuggets in the bag. So I am fuming at this point and go back and I was calm and said that I got one nuggets and one burger. And the kid was like "No I am sure I put two six piece nuggets in there." And I was like "So you're calling me a liar." Eventually I get another burger and not another nugget and I leave, fuming mad. I will NEVER go back to this location. Their staff thinks their job is a joke and a word of warning.. check your orders BEFORE you leave.
