Waited in line at drive thru for 20 min, I was the only one there, weird eh. Order was wrong so ...that sucked as well. Pretty sure the inmates are running the asylum, atleast on sundays.

The breakfast team and I have become friends the two women that serve me are always smiling and happy. The seasoned potatoes be fresh and they never forget my ketchup! May God bless them two and the other crew members on that shift! It’s not easy walking up early to serve ppl ! Big love to you all !

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they did not give me the two sugar cookies I ordered. I filled out the survey I was given and no one even followed up. Corporate does not care. It's a regular occurrence at this location to not be given everything you ordered, so make sure you go through your bags and make sure it's all there before driving away from the pickup window.

Let me start off by saying lived in this neighborhood for years and have gone to this Wendy's a lot and not sure who has been managing or running it the last year or so so but it's getting horrible Ive never disrespected anyone said anything or anything. But I got two meals that were burger meals and got a piece of chicken and lettuce in a tortilla both orders. Then I go in the morning several times and they tell us literally everything on the menu they don't have just because they didn't want to serve breakfast anymore or make anything new. There customer service is horrible, just straight lazy to me....food is not made good at all I haven't been here in a long time because of the constant issues..

Employees are very rude they allow you to stand in line without being acknowledged just for them to come up and tell you that they cannot help you at the counter for you to leave and go to the drive-thru. Will never spend another dollar here I will drive past and go downtown.
This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Every single time I come here they are out of something (lemonade, grilled chicken, pretzel buns, etc…) AND I’m missing something from my order. They ask for my receipt and sure enough my missing items are sitting in the kitchen, and they never put the item in the bag. Never fails. Every. Single. Time. I’ll quit going here for a few months and then decide to give it a try again, and the experience is always the same.
