THIS IS BY FAR THE NASTIEST SLOWEST AND CONTINUED SCREW UP FAST FOOD DINING LOCATION IN OUR GREAT CITY OF FORT WAYNE INDIANA. THE ONLY THING THEY DID RIGHT ON MY ENTIRE ORDER, ➡️ WAS THE BBQ SAUCE PACKET LOL 😆 😂 iam never going back I have tried multiple times and days because I live over near this Wendy's and it's now become special insight to me that I cannot ever go to Wendy's anywhere and get a truly correct and clean meal. The entire team should be retrained and also tested and watched daily by more caring and skilled management that care about the food safety of their establishments way more so then this place. Absolutely disgusted. Thanks for the BBQ sauce packet No thanks for the rest.

The personnel were friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and quiet with some donation boxes and free activities for kids. Our problems were that there was no chili at all, I had hoped for a taco salad. The self-serve soda machine was out of nearly every beverage. The personnel were kind enough to pour diet soda for my son. This was about 6:00 pm, busy drive thru, so we were surprised with the problem areas.
Manager is rude and kids are goofing off. I stopped last weekend. When I checked my bag for accuracy I was immediately interrupted by a manager who rudely told me if I wanted to check my food I need to pull out of the drive thru......no thanks, I waited 10 minutes for my food, I'm not waiting ten more minutes for a replacement order when my bag can be checked in 15 seconds.
Kids running the drive thru were goofing off and making jokes. He completely missed ringing up half my order. Won't be back to this location.

I just left this place and all I can say is terrible customer service! I have never been to a place that was so disrespectful and childish. I ordered a meal with sprite to drink. I am from the south so I guess maybe I do say sprite different but have never had an issue with it before. The girl at the speaker box said I do not understand you, what other drinks sound like that so I spelled it out to her and she still acted like she didn’t get it. I then said it’s like the same as Sierra Mist. She finally got it. I got to the window and all 4 workers were laughing and repeating what I was saying while the window was open. So disrespectful. I was shocked that this was happening and these were grown adults. If the manager was there, they should be ashamed. I’m sorry the taste of food is important but so is customer service. Needless to say I waited there and listened to all that to still have my food come out cold. Ridiculous and will not be going back to this one nor recommending this place to anyone. Find another job if you do not know how to be kind because your customers are who keep you having a job.

If I could leave less stars I would. I have NEVER had a worse experience at any fast food place than what I just had here. First we waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to get to the order box. I had placed a mobile order before heading there to speed up the process. Still got attitude about my large order, I have a large family. I didn’t even get half my order at first. They had me pull forward, not at all an issue for me, but then the food wasn’t even hot and they had to go back 3 times to actually get the food I ordered. I’m not one to leave bad reviews as I know how stressful the job can be but this was such an unnecessarily terrible experience. I can say with great confidence I will not be returning to this location in the future.
