Maybe if the staff wasn’t busy talking about the manger and an employee having diarrhea and then another guy talking about the toilet bowl not having enough water to drown the the other employee, just maybe if they weren’t busy talking and actually doing there job my order would have been made correctly.

Got our food in a decent timeframe. Food was good, employees were friendly enough. HOWEVER...the cashier and another employee were constantly arguing openly in front of the customers while taking orders. Very unprofessional.

I just wanna say that the man that waited on me and goes by the name of Boobie, and this man is the most generous, most sweetest, most kindness. Most gentlemen I have ever came across. He treated me with the upmost respect in customer service I’ve ever came across in this day and age, and that is so hard to find nowadays This man deserves a raise. I am not sure if he’s a manager or not, but he sure deserves to be one if he’s not I will keep coming back as long as he works there. He was all smiles. He spoke to me using my name he joked around like This man is amazing. I just can’t give him enough props. I wanted to hug him, but I didn’t say anything about it, cause I didn’t know if he would be allowed to do that. He made my food with such love and grace. It was just so wonderful and such an amazing Experience please give this man raise. He deserves it!!!!!!!

Waited 10 min at the counter. One person was in sight playing on his phone. Never looked up. No one else seemed to be working in this place. They had 1 customer sitting inside and the drive thru alarm going off. Ended up leaving due to no service. Stepped out the side door and saw an employee sitting on the ground smoking next to the entrance door. Such poor service and awful display of work ethic. Definitely on the list of never visit again. Corporate fails to put this place on the list of must visit

super slow service. ordered 15 minutes ahead of arrival and they didnt even have it made yet. then waited another 20 mins to even get my food. Cashier woman was sweet but still slow. I came for fast food not olive garden.
Ordered 1 loaded bake potato. Get there and was told they didnt have any. They said I would have to go through the app to get a refund. Couldn't get the refund so I called them. The guy said he put a potato in the over if I wanted to come back in 15 minutes. I did and they messed up the potato. I got a plain potato with chives, butter and sour cream. I didnt look at it till I was home. Also the service was horrible.
