I came with my cousin and we ordered a hamburger combo and a hamburger without a combo but she gave us the opposite a simple hamburger instead of what we ordered and the manager was very despute

So when you’re going to take over half an hour to provide FAST food it damn well better be correct.
What exactly about “Asiago club no lettuce or tomato” translates to no cheese, no ranch, no bacon with mayo instead?
And then an additional 6 minutes for drinks which you also got wrong.
Your jobs are not that hard. Get it together or quit.
Terrible customer service, only car in drive thru and it took 10 minutes for my order to be taken.

This is by far the slowest Wendy’s in existence. It literally takes them 15-20 minutes per order.
Ordered on the app. Went to the Apple Glen location to pick up the order. Had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be ready. One of the items I ordered was a son of baconator. Got home and opened the burger and there wasn't a single piece of bacon. And I specified under three toy in the kids meal, the toy was 3+

Not sure what happened to the original coworkers who actually took their job seriously but my gosh has this place gone downhill. The Workers who work there now are very unprofessional. Speaking inappropriately. Dressed inappropriately.

We have no idea how this place is, it was open, there were people in there, we waited and called for service but no one came! We wasted 10 minutes of our life's for dead silence. I'll be impressed if this location stays open with service like that. Zero stars
I had to return back the restaurant to get half of my order. The manager didn't seem to concerned about inconvenience me and I told the manager there were no other customers and the employees didn't seem to care if my order was correct or not. After the manager left without an apology a employee made some smart remarks to me.

Maybe if the staff wasn’t busy talking about the manger and an employee having diarrhea and then another guy talking about the toilet bowl not having enough water to drown the the other employee, just maybe if they weren’t busy talking and actually doing there job my order would have been made correctly.
